meh, not the best price for sure, as i later found out... nor communication. Did not repair part that was discussed and made decision to do other part they felt was worse...a DoD contracted mechanic had previously looked at it and disagreed. And ya their bed side manner isn't anything to write home about. Better options out there and sales.

I had rented a U-Haul trailer from Tom's. When I first arrived, I was greeted and everyone was friendly enough. The trailer was a dual axle and looks like it had seen a few better days, but that can be expected from U-haul from time to time. Had a blow out of one of the tires and the u-joint snapped off the rear axle. called U-haul roadside and they fixed the issues. I had submitted a complaint saying that the trailer probably should have never been rented out due to deficiencies that we found later and they should have been handled before the trailer was rented. I thought this was the end of it, I had gotten my money back and all was good. A few days later I get a call from Tom's service. I didn't pick up. Asked me to call him back. Didn't want to bother seeing as the issue was handled. It has been almost a month later and I get a call again today from Tom's service. He said he has footage from his surveillance cameras that the trailer was completely fine as well as the tires before we had taken it. If I wanted to, I could drive up and see for myself. Tom then went on to accuse me that we caused the problems with the trailer and basically it was our fault for mistreating the trailer. Which is not the case. I became irate that I am having to deal with this owner calling me multiple times to try and accuse me that this was my fault. It is over and done with, why feel the need to call me multiple times to state your case? U-Haul refunded me my money. That should have been the end of it, but apparently him feeling the need to call and say it was my fault was above all else. I can't speak for his abilities as a shop, but I can say this is unacceptable. It was handled. No need to call the customer multiple times due to your inability to properly check the equipment you rent out. Especially three weeks later.

Tom's Service Center is truly a great place to do business. Tom and his team always provide great service, quickly and at a fair price. They really go over your vehicle thoroughly. I will not use any other service center since I started going here. Great job Tom!!!

I had being going to Tom's for over 10 years, but not anymore. My wife took my daughters car in for an oil change. Tom said they do a 5 point check also. When I called to see if it was ready, I was told it was $74. I then said for an oil change? Tom told me they changed the air filter too, which I didn’t ask them to change. Still $74 for air filter and oil change is crazy, way more than a dealer. Tom took out the air filter and charged me $48 dollars for oil change which he said was normal. The car is only 4 cylinders, and Toyota dealers charges $32 with coupon. I thought I found a trusted mechanic for life, I guess I was wrong. Stay way!!

I went for a vehicle inspection and the mechanic was willing to get me in but the owner was hostile and told me that I had to wait. I didn't ask for any special favor from them but the owner is a real piece of work. Don't go to this place!!!
