Tom's Service Center
I had rented a U-Haul trailer from Tom's. When I first arrived, I was greeted and everyone was friendly enough. The trailer was a dual axle and looks like it had seen a few better days, but that can be expected from U-haul from time to time. Had a blow out of one of the tires and the u-joint snapped off the rear axle. called U-haul roadside and they fixed the issues. I had submitted a complaint saying that the trailer probably should have never been rented out due to deficiencies that we found later and they should have been handled before the trailer was rented. I thought this was the end of it, I had gotten my money back and all was good. A few days later I get a call from Tom's service. I didn't pick up. Asked me to call him back. Didn't want to bother seeing as the issue was handled. It has been almost a month later and I get a call again today from Tom's service. He said he has footage from his surveillance cameras that the trailer was completely fine as well as the tires before we had taken it. If I wanted to, I could drive up and see for myself. Tom then went on to accuse me that we caused the problems with the trailer and basically it was our fault for mistreating the trailer. Which is not the case. I became irate that I am having to deal with this owner calling me multiple times to try and accuse me that this was my fault. It is over and done with, why feel the need to call me multiple times to state your case? U-Haul refunded me my money. That should have been the end of it, but apparently him feeling the need to call and say it was my fault was above all else. I can't speak for his abilities as a shop, but I can say this is unacceptable. It was handled. No need to call the customer multiple times due to your inability to properly check the equipment you rent out. Especially three weeks later. ~BlackOktober6
Wendy's
This Wendy’s is pretty hit or miss. Depending on the time of day you go. I’ve had their breakfast and loved it! But then again I’ve received fries that were entirely too salty and incorrect items. It does the job. The best crew is in the morning early afternoon. ~Justin
Tokyo C Japanese Restaurant
I’ve ordered from here four times now. They are consistently horrible. Spider roll has a tiny piece of soggy grab smaller than your pinky. Their raw fish has made me sick twice (I thought it was a fluke the first time) and twice I got egg rolls that were still frozen inside, but dripping with grease. Please go somewhere else. ~Kat

Inno Vapes
Just upgraded my mods tank and Vinny was an awesome help. Highly recommend this pace to anyone who enjoys solid vibes from the place and people who work there. Highly knowledgeable staff that kept me intrigued during the upgrade process and solidified my decision. Truly the best Vape shop in NJ . I’ll be shopping here for years to come. ~tony

GW Tire Service
I've been a returning customer for over 10 years. Great service, reasonable prices, and good work ethics have always been the foundation of this business. I had a tire damaged by a piece of steel on the road. Gary replaced it under the road hazard warranty which I was not aware of. I'm sure another tire center would have just charged me for a new tire. In these difficult economic times it's great to see a business maintain Integrity, Honesty, and Quality! Kudos ~Bob
United States Postal Service
Always quality service for me and I mail out items multiple times per week ~Adrian
Twin Oaks Moving Company
My 8th military move and this company did the worst of them all. Items were randomly packed, poorly wrapped (if they even bothered to wrap it), and jammed into moving crates with enough force to bend steel railings on an $800 grill. Numerous other items damaged, hardware missing from furniture they disassembled, and I'm still looking for power cords for televisions and other appliances. If you have the option to use another mover, DO IT. Edit: We're still continuing to unpack and still finding more and more damaged items. Everything from dishes and glassware, to entire pieces of furniture and home fitness equipment (our Peloton Tread sustained internal & external damage and won't even turn on). Most items aren't repairable and will have to be replaced entirely. I cannot begin to express how furious I am with this company's gross incompetence and lack of care for anything and everything they touched. ~Jake
