They gave wrong pizza . Not god customer service

So, walking inside Dominos I noticed the menu above the register was broken so I was given a paper menu to look thru so I can place my order. I have a large family so I wanted a good deal that would accommodate us. In the back of the paper menu I was given, was multiple coupons to choose from. I found the perfect coupon deal and began to place my order. After I placed my order, the employee told me that the coupon was from last year and I couldn't use it. Huh? Last year?? This is June. So why was I given this paper menu to look thru and most importantly, why did she just watch me go thru the coupons while I decided to order?? A little annoyed, I continued to place the same order as the expired coupon & was willing to pay the regular price. She confirmed my order with me (which would be 3 boxes) and told me it would be about 20 mins. No problem. No receipt was given at that time but I trusted the process. 20 mins later, my order was missing a box. Umm, I ordered 3 items, where is the other item? "Oh, I didn't know you wanted it" Now, I'm more than annoyed because she confirmed the order with me! Now she tells me I have to pay for the 3rd item because she didn't put it on the first order. So, I just paid almost $30 for 2 large pizzas ma'am & now another $8 for bread sticks?? She knew she was wrong because she offered me extra sauce for the bread sticks... smh....the pizzas & bread sticks were good but boy o boy did I learn a lesson.

They don't honor many of the national coupons. They didn't honor the $3 off "Tip yourself" promotion from the latest advertising. It's becoming more common to see this be the case, as neighborhood restaurants compete for business. Ensuring repeat business starts with honoring your customers by honoring promotions. You've effectively told your community that you plan to win their business by denying them savings.... foolish.

I was given a promo code. Ordered the free medium pizza and waited and waited and waited. Called asking where the driver is and they claim they had no order for me. Went to try again online and promo code can only be used once. They refused to make good on it and the staff is just as nasty as their pizza. They dont even deserve one star

Close to home, takes less than 30 minutes to get delivery, food is always tasty!

Pizza was great customers service is excellent. is way better then when i first try their pizza lots hace changed at this location overall nice job.

The employees here are always personable and courteous. The pizza is always made to perfection. I would have given it a 5 star rating however my orders on the Dominoes app do not qualify for rewards because the system does not recognize the fact that this location delivers to my area. This location also serves multiple towns, therefore delivery times are no less than 45 minutes, hence I always drive (a 20 minute rountrip drive) and pick up my pizza. I will give this location a 5 star rating when corporate fixes the problem with the app since the individual store is unable to do it themselves.

Awful. The order was all wrong. Half was missing. We stood there for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us. Then we were left standing there without any clue if my order was being made. The bathroom... that was so gross. Health Dept should visit here
