Been going to Nassau Shores for more than 20 years. The main reason why I continue to go there is because of the level of trust I have in Nick & Jimmy. I've always been treated well in the shop and have always been given the truth by them with regards to the repairs my cars may or may not have been needed. Now I send my kids to them anytime their cars need attention. If I didn't have full faith & confidence in them, I wouldn't be sending them what matters most in my life and that's the safety of my kids. You can always count on these guys!

Special SHOUT OUT to Danny & Jimmy! Never too busy to patch a tire, change brakes, and get me back on the road to pick up my kids from school in a moments notice! Danny took time to explain the noise I was hearing and that my tires had enough tread to get me through the month but def. change before winter time. Thank you Nassau Shores Service Station!!!!!

I needed an inspection and drove the truck in to wait without an appointment on Saturday morning. Dan and Jim were at the shop and took care of my car right away with their staff. The time it took was less than what Dan estimated. While I waited, they both were both lovely to speak with and provided a wealth of information about other questions I had regarding my truck (and other topics). It was a pleasant experience and they made the time pass wonderfully, which is why I ALWAYS get my vehicles services by Nassau Shores Auto Repair. They are customer service oriented, cordial, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs their services, and look forward to going back to their shop.

My Toyota Sequoia came to an end! I spent money putting a new exhaust system several weeks ago! because the truck was making humming noise! It was a waste of money! My undercarriage is completely filled of rust with a big hole and falling apart! It’s time for a new truck. I was very disappointed! Honestly is better for business.

Always great!! If you don’t bring your car or truck there you should!! Recently my car broke down while on a road trip, it was a holiday weekend. I called Nassau Shores Automotive and Jimmy give me instructions on how to fix my truck while in the parking lot of an auto parts store.
