Awful. Got notified on Tuesday evening medications were ready. Went to pick up friday afternoon- no indication pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2pm. Fine, waited. Tech took my info went to get my meds. Spent close to 20mins searching. I had to head back to work and couldn't wait. All tech said is "we will call you when we find them". Other times have been told meds were ready via txt but when i arrived was advised they were not.

The store manager Rebecca is amazing! I use CVS all the time as I live close. I happen to lock my keys and my phone in my car in the parking lot and she allowed me to use the store phone, her cell phone, I waiting in the store and she was busy but so gracious to me, that customer service! I appreciate her and the staff over there, super helpful!

The store manager Rebecca is amazing! I use CVS all the time as I live close. The people in this store should be nice. They don't do anything. The shelfs are always empty, so they never fill them. Walgreens here we come.

Horrible service at pharmacy. I called to check and see if my prescriptions were ready. I spoke with Rob. He was rude during the entire call. My insurance had changed at work and he told me that my insurance was cancelled so my prescriptions hadn’t gone through. He was mocking me for my insurance being cancelled. I explained that my company just changed plans and I had insurance. He was so abrupt in asking me for the information. I tried to give him the information but I was confused on what information on my insurance card he needed and he wasn’t helpful. I finally asked to speak with someone else. Rob told me there is no one else here. I’m the pharmacy manager. He started telling me how he is in charge and his boss is the “guy who travels around to all the stores - you know the DM.”. I don’t know if he thought this would impress me. In the end Rob just couldn’t help me. Funny thing is, I was on the phone with Rob for over 12 min, but then I called the Farmingville CVS and they were able to help me get everything taken care in less than 1/2 the time just by treating me like a human being. I’m just moving on and not going back to Medford CVS again.

Would give them zero stars if possible! The entire pharmacy department is incompetent and feel privileged. They all have horrible attitudes, especially when they are asked a question or if they get something wrong. They blame you the patient or the doctor versus owning up to their mistakes. Do not waste your time or money here, go across the street to Walgreens!

Blonde girl at pharmacy counter needs to get a desk job facing a wall. Nice to know CVS hires just anyone who applies. Good job CVS, let’s see how long before you lose all your pharmacy customers...hey at least you guys sell decent hair products and chocolate.

The lack of professionalism is acknowledged at this place. The pharmacy staff are to the word LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will no longer do business with this place to the fact that they gave me lower then the amount require of antibiotic for my four year old CHILD 👶 is unreal. My son could of came up with an infection after his surgery. They don’t take their job seriously. Very disappointed ☹️.

I received a call this morning to pick up my script at 6pm. I thought that was kind of late, but I decided to just wait since how could the call be wrong? During that time I went to the doctor for an unrelated matter and was going to pick up my medicine at 6pm to avoid multiple trips. I get there and the drive through window is closed off. I decide to go inside, as I can see people in there talking. When I get inside I talk to someone through the gate and tell them I was told to come at 6. It's 6:05 at this point. "Yeah, we close at 6." No offer for recourse, no apology, nothing. This isn't some insignificant item we're talking about here... this is medicine that I need as I'm in actual pain. If you're in the business of medicine and your business screws up, you should apologize, issue the medication, and delay the closing by a few minutes. What's even funnier is that there is a Walgreens right across the street that people can go to.

I have given this store multiple attempts, however, I will no longer be using their services. The personnel within the location lack customer service skills, specifically, staff maintain a poor attitude and lack of motivation and/or enthusiasm. When there are so many pharmacies in the surrounding area, including a Walgreens across the street, you will be better suited taking your business elsewhere.

My son-in-law got a call his antibiotics were ready for pickup.. My daughter goes to pickup, the drive up is packed so she went inside. Standing waiting with about 5 people behind her, no one acknowledged them, someone walks up to the other window and immediately they wait on him! The man was told he was right and they have no control over over the automated system. Do yourself a favor and use Walgreen's!
