The store manager Rebecca is amazing! I use CVS all the time as I live close. I happen to lock my keys and my phone in my car in the parking lot and she allowed me to use the store phone, her cell phone, I waiting in the store and she was busy but so gracious to me, that customer service! I appreciate her and the staff over there, super helpful! ~jaime

Pharmacy rings 30-item orders in front of you and 6 others in line. Enjoy 30+ minutes wait. Good luck travelling anywhere with a prescription that they labelled like this, is this even legal?? ~Fred

My go to place for many household needs. Always have what I want. Seasonal sales are great. Clothing is good quality and priced right. I like the $5.00 off coupons they offer too. ~Maria

I bought my two grandsons aged 12 for initial safety training. I sat in on the class and was very pleased with the comprehensive nature with which it was presented. They have me to leave proceeded to the range and did very well. Now they look forward to coming as often as possible in between their regular sports activities. They also each now on their own 22 rifle. In my opinion safety and marksmanship should be an elective in high school and aVarsity level activity. ~Rudolph

Don't use them, they short you medication. My son is developmentally disabled and I was suppose to get 90 day supply and not even a month later I'm almost out. Not covered by insurance cash pay. ~Kim

Crew was very friendly polite and professional,.. Al the manager is awesome very good guy,. Took a little too long for installation of a part cuz delivery guy Took over an hr to deliver,.. they need to replace that toilet bowl. Everything else was fine ~A

I would give 0 stars if I could because even 1 star is much more than they deserve. The staff are completely unprofessional and will rush to put you on hold for long periods of time to not speak with you. They have made multiple errors. They don't communicate any issues and leave issues unresolved for one to figure out on your own. The doctors themselves have even tried to communicate with the staff to correct the issues found and this pharmacy continues to make the same errors over and over. They deliver medications last min, at late hours with no notice or delivery time frame. Multiple messages have been left to the director with no call back/response. Their lack of response and effort to correct the long list of issues makes it seem that they don't care. ~Lina

I called to ask about having a cake made and I was told that I would have to wait for the manager to show up because they didn’t know what kind of cake flavors they had available. I found that very strange. So I called back and had them go through the types of cakes they had and it was kind of hard to understand the person on the phone. Not only that but it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone. The phone will ring and ring and no one will answer. Do not order from this place. I called another Baskin and Robbins and got the same experience. Phone ringing and ringing and ringing and no answer even after calling several times. Then when the lady answered at the Shirley location she said she was too busy and couldn’t tell me what cakes they had available and lied about her manager being there! I’m appalled by this lack of customer service they provide at Baskin and Robbins. I’m more of a Carvel fan but the only reason I considered giving them business is because my family member wants them. Steer clear of Baskin and Robbins... they’re ice cream isn’t even that good anyways. Go to Carvel. ~alexandrea
