I would give 0 stars if I could because even 1 star is much more than they deserve. The staff are completely unprofessional and will rush to put you on hold for long periods of time to not speak with you. They have made multiple errors. They don't communicate any issues and leave issues unresolved for one to figure out on your own. The doctors themselves have even tried to communicate with the staff to correct the issues found and this pharmacy continues to make the same errors over and over. They deliver medications last min, at late hours with no notice or delivery time frame. Multiple messages have been left to the director with no call back/response. Their lack of response and effort to correct the long list of issues makes it seem that they don't care.

Say what you want about Medford Chemists, I've been with them since 2014 and although my moving all over long island, They've always come thru no matter what! They're the BEST!

Great people!!!! The girl answering the phone is a saint. Wife had surgery and they were closing and she was in so much pain and they opened up and filled her prescriptions.

I definitely see why the ratings for Medford Chemist is so low. They have zero customer service etiquette. Sydney was rude on the phone, refusing to allow me to speak because she lacks vocabulary to properly articulate herself when asked if Covid testings were being administered. She continued to banter back and forth in such a low class manner like the uneducated woman that she is, instead of allowing her professionalism, if she had any, to allow the customer to talk. What condition must life be like to cause Sydney to be such a deplorable worker? She was trying to be a BIG bully. Even though I am not feeling well, I would not be bullied. I will be filling a report with better business bureau and calling the manager, which I hope is not Carlo, because he didn't seem to have wanted to resolve the issue either, just glossed over it.

They used to have a very niceperson I used to talk concerning my step dad's meds..now the person I talk to is rude, impatient and isn't telling me that I could use his medicaid to help pay for a bill after it's gone through the primary insurance...I just had my step dad pay the amount...which by the way is drop in the sea compared to the other med bills he has. Very disappointed!! :( :( :(

I appreciate that my prescription was delivered to my home at a time when I do not have transportation, which is why I gave this review two stars, but if I knew the guy that delivered it was going to be such a rude and insensitive human being, I would have figured out a way to get to the pharmacy. I will not be using this service again unless they drastically improve their interpersonal skills.

I wish I could give them 0 stars too! VERY rude and unprofessional staff. Someone could be having an anaphylactic reaction to a medication and BARBARA will pick up and say med chem please hold and hang up. A REAL professional would ask if it's an emergency and then put you on hold. They have gone down hill BIG TIME. They cannot handle their current caseload. WOULD NOT NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!!!!!! AGREED ITS A HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!!

If possible I would give 0 stars! They are highly disorganized, and the same day delivery is an absolute lie. I work in a group home and one of the individuals doctors made the mistake of using this pharmacy instead of his regular one and it has been nothing but problems. For the past few weeks I have been calling in Rx's on a Monday due to his week supply and we have no been getting it delivered until the end of the week sometimes the next Monday resulting in the individual not having medication for at least a day or two. Totally unacceptable! I found myself calling almost daily to follow up only to receive the same message from multiple people... "I apologize... I will put it in the system again and it will be sent out at 1pm when the drivers leave." Again, nothing but lies. I also called to make a complaint with the pharmacy manager and my message has yet to be returned. Needless to we will NEVER EVER use this pharmacy again. Everyone working there should be ashamed of themselves.

I never had my prescription filled there. This pharmacy came highly recommended for their delivery service. I decided to use their pharmacy for my prescriptions. I got a call from them asking if I am in a group home. I said I could not answer at this moment. The caller was very rude and said call back when you can answer. I understand her doing her job. I had a problem when I could not answer at the moment. Based on that experience, I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone even though they deliver.

The customer service needs to be drastically improved. I have a specific customer service representative who does not do her job accurately. She does not listen to the customer, does not check that medications are being sent out correctly, does not listen to the customer and passes her job on to others. On Monday, my rep Joanne called me to let me know my medications were ready to be refilled. I specifically went over each medication with her, told her exactly which ones to send and which ONE not to. I also gave her the phone # of my doctor to get refill prescriptions for my Diabetic insulin. When my medications were delivered, I was missing 4 of the 12, the one I asked not to be sent, was sent and she passed on the job of calling my physician and it was never done, because I called my physician and they sent the script in within the hour. This has gone on for almost a year. I have complained to the customer service manager and have been given excuse after excuse. I am now changing pharmacies and filing complaints with Suffolk County Dept. of Health and Suffolk County consumer affairs. I have been very patient and nothing has changed, it has only gotten worse.In addition, the prescriptions have the wrong physician names on the bottles. The latest prescriptions were written by my cardiologist and they still show the physician from a year ago who is not even my physician anymore.I have given them my physicians on several occasions and they never update their system. They are not customer friendly and very disorganized. They always have excuses and apologies. This has been going on for months. One hand does not know what the other one is doing, their is no communication between employees.
