I've been going to this business to service my vehicles for 15+ years and bottom line, I trust these guys. Staff is always friendly, service done on time and I never felt like they inflated or created an issue. Like today, the check engine light came on for the first time in my 2011 F150 with 155K miles. Took it in, and they read the fault and it was a very minor fix. With 155K miles, they could have made up a lot of stuff that I would have believed, but they didn't. Maybe that's why my truck is still running great because I been taking it there since I bought her new. The email you the work order, and then the invoice. Went in for a simple state inspection, was quoted a time frame of ONE hour max, ended up waiting with no explanation as to why for THREE HOURS! Absolutely unacceptable.

Crew was very friendly polite and professional,.. Al the manager is awesome very good guy,. Took a little too long for installation of a part cuz delivery guy Took over an hr to deliver,.. they need to replace that toilet bowl. Everything else was fine

I asked them to fix a flat tire, and drove 1/2 block on the flat tire. Of course, they said it was irreparable. They put the donut spare on my car and charged me for a full rotation just to stick ONE tire on my car. I told them to rotate ALL tires then, since I was being charged a for a full rotation. The manager lied to me twice! My tire guy in Bayport confirmed that I did not ruin my tire and plugged the hole. He sent me on my way for $20. He also confirmed based on the tire wear that no tires were rotated. SCAM. Go anywhere else.

I had to replace a tire and asked to please balance the tires. New tire was 37 psi and the other 3 were left at 31, 32, 31. So moral of the story is find a mom and pop shop with good reviews if you want your car taken care of with even a little tlc. There are good folks out there who run businesses that you can trust. I should have known better…AND I tend to overtip so I was dumb times 2 but hopefully you’ll make a smarter choice. Also found out they put the wrong tire (incompetence much, guys??)

Went here for a tire patch and they immediately told me that I needed a new tire while the nail was in the inner thread of the tire so it was repairable. This place is a total scam will never recommend this Firestone to anyone.

Horrible experience! They scammed my elderly parent into signing up for a credit card with a 28% interest rate. Later Dad paid the bill in full AT THE STORE only to find out they pocketed the money and left him responsible. I called corporate plus the credit card company and they said nothing could be done.

My first time using Firestone & I am very happy! First, I was greeted very pleasantly upon entering by a Shawn K. He proceeded to answer all questions and explain everything I asked him to. Ultimately the demeanor of the staff & seemingly honest answers are the reason I added more services then originally intended. Ill definitely be back for probably everything they can help with, and would absolutely recommend this establishment.
