Great customer service, I realized after about 1 month of my child wearing his shoes that he somehow got 2 different sizes for his left and right foot, they gladly exchanged it even though the shoe is no longer sellable due to being worn.

Looove their selection and fair pricing...they're always the first to go on sale and somehow seem to have my sizes. Service is phenomenal even online (They answered me very quickly on my last inquiry) my only wish is they should open another location in the center of Monsey!
