Do not use this location unless you like to sit in the truck and have to turn the engine 50 million times for it to start!! Customer service was horrible we asked for a new truck and we were told we wouldn’t be able to get a new one so we’d have to jiggle the key and play with it for the engine to start.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY unless you have a degree in wiggling keys for a engine to start .

The Worst UHaul on 🌎 Do not deal with this guy. He's more concerned with his Hobby/Security and Alarm Store to even help any Uhaul customer in need. Don't waste your time or money! You will only be acknowledged if you mention your going to complain to corporate or write a negative review other than that, you're on your own.

1 star is far to high a rating. This is a shockingly poor business. Made a reservation for a U-haul weeks ago. When I arrived not a single U-haul was even on the lot. Instaed of trying to find me an alternative he was pleased to tell me that I got my deposit back. The customer service is despicable. U-haul should really be ashamed that this company is an independent dealer of it's products. I will be writing the same to the U-haul corporate offices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

I rented from this location. They put a $130 hold on my card. Told me they would refund the money when I returned the truck. I arranged to bring the truck back at 4:30 pm. However, the move took longer than expected. The attendant did not tell me that if I couldn’t make it by the end of the day that I can still drop the truck off. Therefore, I was from what I thought stuck with the truck overnight. I only used it on that day. When I called him he simply said oh you could’ve dropped it anyway. So I was charged for two days for the rental and insurance. Totaling $133. Conveniently, that was the amount held on my card. The attendant was very nonchalant about charging my card. And not telling me about the drop off process in full. I felt robbed and I will never use them again. So if you don’t know, I’m warning you now!!! Beware of being wrongfully charged!!!!

Very friendly staff and great customer service. You have 24 hrs to return truck so at least same day rental is an entire day and not just the end of their business day as with some places I inquired told me 👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽plus make sure to give Kith Kat a brush while you wait - beautiful animal

Absolute scam. Charged me $25 cleaning fee for 3 candy wrappers in the front, and when I complained told me there was also grass in the back of the van.....grass!!!? Seriously. I used the van to move a shipment of plastic cups where would I have picked up grass, AND I had swept out the van before leaving it back, just in case they would try to charge me for a cleaning fee because he had mentioned it like 5 times when I picked it up the previous morning, clearly he wants to make an $25 for himself on each rental. Well good luck with that buddy cos I will be disputing that charge! We usually use the location on white plains road, they have the best customer service, a cleaner store and I never had any problems with them. Don't go here, unless you want to be scammed.

I had a great experience renting a truck for my move recently. The people were friendly, and I was able to pick up my rental quickly at a good price. Truck was in good condition.

Completely screwed me over. Reserved a truck for today, last night , set the time, all set. The lady on the phone was very clear, no miscommunication on the phone..Walk in today.... THEY JUST DON'T HAVE IT!!! No explanation, no excuse, just a pathetic shrug. Completely messing up my move.
