Outstanding moving company! I have used Tricounty moving four times to date over the past 5 years for myself and my adult children. They have consistently been professional and courteous. The movers are kind, wrap the furniture carefully so as not to damage it. They work very hard and are very efficient. Their fees are reasonable and an absolute value. Tony and Fred provide appropriate insurance documentation in a timely manner and estimates quickly. They communicate exceptionally well and pay attention to detail, following up to be sure the move runs smoothly. There are never any unpleasant surprises. Tricounty Moving is a reliable and trustworthy company. I am a very demanding client and have very high expectations of companies and people I choose to work with. We solicited bids for our move from Tri-County, whom we knew about because we had bought furniture from them, and from another company that had been highly recommended by friends. We chose Try-County because their price was significantly lower and we had a good feeling about them from our earlier experience. We were not disappointed - Tony and his team are hardworking, friendly, and efficient. They had to store our furniture for about a month and the cost of that was very reasonable. The move into the apartment was fast and thorough. And Tony was very flexible about dates, as we were in a situation where we had to make several changes. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Tony leads a great team of men who follow his lead caring for all household items as if they were his own family's. The star is Maurice who I watched meticulously covering all furnishings with plastic and then taping padding to ensure safeguarding each item. All electronics were carefully wrapped in plastic so wires would not be damaged. When taking apart a bed frame Maurice noticed a a damaged screw and replaced it.His keen eye discovered a misplaced screw from a previous mover I used. Each move he made was sheer poetry. As for the rest of the crew, they worked beautifully together getting all items loaded and unloaded expeditiously. Tony and the great men of TriCounty Movers are the best!

Great experience with Tricounty from start to finish - professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and they were flexible when I needed to change my move-in date. They had moved me out, stored my belongings for a month and moved me back in, with no issues at any these stages. Highly recommended for any of your moving or storage needs!

Recently used Tri County to move an elderly family member's household items from Mt Vernon to Eastern Long Island. This was a short notice job. Tony showed up when he said he would for the inspection . Other companies only wanted to do it virtually. No Thanks. I got a prompt estimate and a pack date weeks before any one else offered. Tri County got the job. Was told that the four man packing crew would show up at 0900 Monday. Well at 0858 the truck pulls up and the crew lead comes in to introduce himself and scope the job. Then more guys show up (total of 7). I asked the team lead what was up, he said since there was a chance of rain that afternoon they sent additional guys to beat the weather. WOW! The team then went about packing and sorting almost like a ballet. They hustled, not one guy stood around. I have moved several times across the country and internationally. These guys out hustled them all, the care they exercised packing and protecting was first class. The next day out in Eastern Long Island, they again arrived spot on time, 1030, exactly when they told me they would. The crew of three, unpacked the truck, moved the furniture into the house very quickly, carefully...professionally. These guys earned their five stars. Price is what I paid value is what I got. Tri-County Moving was GREAT! I used them to move our appartment, 2 storage units and my mother in-law's appartment as well. Each day I had 3 movers that came with tools and accessories to handing any issue that came there way. They handled our valuables as if it was theirs. 100% professional, including the head guy Tony. Top notch as they say. Would use them aging and would totally recommend their service.
