I have been a customer for 25 years. I can’t say enough good things about Deb. The pieces are timeless, high quality and the staples of my wardrobe. I look back at pictures of big life events and celebrations and I am almost always wearing Noir Et Blanc Bis fashion. Deb and Karen encouraged me to wear things that I wasn’t sure about and I got so many compliments. Most recently, I needed a few things for a carry on only trip overseas. COVID had made me a little more fluffy (lol) in the middle so a few older things were snug. A care package arrived and I absolutely love the pieces, and will now feel great in all my vacation pictures. And last, but not least, Deb is an amazing human. She runs an incredible non-profit to help women and kids. Definitely the kind of small business that I want to support.

Deborah Konigsberger has such great taste and style. And Alfred, the man who does her windows has equal style. Every time I pass the shop the window make me go in. And once inside I am not disappointed. The interior design of the clothing placement is so understated and spare it makes me feel comfortable. The setting of the clothing is so easy to see. No clutter, nothing out of place. For me, that relaxes me, puts me at ease, and then I'm ready to buy. And, it helps that the boutique has beautiful apparel, and accessories available.
