Good shop. Picked up order. Consistent with my normal Italian BMT. Line was 5 people and 3 people working. Would advise to order early. Costs have gone up quite a bit at $10+ for a footlong.

Classic subway tastes. Classic employees. I wasn’t wait more than this but I was uncomfortable for dining with homeless and unclean table. Also a little bit slow for online orders. Enjoy it.

Only one guy working here. Too slow this guy does multiple things running to the door coming to serve customer then again running back behind the store no ideas what is he doing. Would probably give no starts towards his attitude.

We made an online order with 6 sandwiches. When we went to pick up the only employee was smoking and was very upset that he had the stop to help us. When we picked up the order we didn't realize we had only gotten 5 sandwiches. And ALL FIVE SANDWICHES WERE MADE INCORRECTLY. By the time we realized both of these things we were at home and they were closed. The sandwiches were fine, but definitely not what we ordered.

Had the weirdest experience today in the afternoon. Went to order a sandwich, there were 2 workers, 1 lady is paying for her meal and I’m waiting to order. I’m there a couple of minutes, and at this point the lady left and these 2 workers are have a full on convo, and when I tried to interject to order, he says, he’s not done speaking to his co-worker... What?!?! Annoying. I don’t care if your talking, and hopefully enjoying. Your time with your co-worker, but could you do two things at once? It was just odd to wait that long then be oddly reprimanded for trying to order food. Sandwich was great tho. I didn’t lose my cool, cause it’s such a small thing, and not important in the grand scheme of things. But totally not customer friendly. Just my opinion, but I’ll skip this subway next time.

Very rude staff! I have ordered a soup, sandwich and a drink. They put it all together in the plastic basket and of course the cup (which was empty and put on top of all) dropped on the dirty floor! When I kindly asked for another one, one of the staff went very rude and told me that it's my problem since I dropped it. It could have been even okay if he would have said that he can't give me another, but he showed a very disrespectful behavior; probably wanted to feel important and has some personal issues.

Went for lunch to grab a quick sandwich to find out after my sandwich was made that their system was down and it was cash only. The women then takes the sandwich away from me and slams it on the table saying that she told me cash only in the beginning. Then very rudely walks off to serve the next customer, I then speak to another employee who tells me to come back in 2 hrs, seriously?. When I asked for a manager they said none were there when I seen him previously come up for the last customer. Horrible service and I will not be returning back.

Just got off work. Figured I'd get something to eat on August 5th @10:45. The person working either acted like they didn't know English or just flat out didn't. It's whatever. I'm not worried about it. Although isn't the job customer service? He ended up ringing me up 10 dollars extra. When I said something he fixed up but then rang me up for a bag of chips. Instead of complaining for my money back, as I knew I wouldn't get very far I took the bag of chips. I keep having these types of issues with subway. Ridiculous.

I used to be a regular customer there but once a male staff there talked to his co-worker casually and not responding to my order after my 2nd Excuse me. It wasn't busy at all that day, 3 customers waiting in line. He then started to put some sick joke on the sandwich I chose. I cancelled my order and left and filed a complaint through the subway website. The store manager called me on the next day and apologized for his staff being rude while I had been a regular customer for long. Still, do you think I would ever go back there to see that staff's face? There are so many subway restaurants nearby and I know there is one in Grand Central which is much better. Besides, Wendy is next door. Listen up, Subway. This is how you lost customers if you don't pay attention.

It's a small Subway with limited seating, but the service is quick and restaurant is tidy.
