This place of business didn’t even have the decency to return my phone call!! My son purchased 2 bouquets on Mother’s Day which were practically dead when he brought them home and they had the nerve to charge him $110! When I called them, I had to leave a message Which I did in detail. I never heard back! I would never do business or recommend to do business with this unprofessional florist!

I ordered flowers on Dales website for my 34th anniversary and once again was disappointed. First they called my house to tell me the credit card they had on file was expired. Surprise ruined. Problem is the new card info was all put in on their website. When I mentioned this to the person who called they made me feel as though I made the mistake.The flowers I ordered where supposed to be the deluxe. What I received looked very small and not what was represented on Dales website. This is not the only time this has happened at Dales. I will no longer be using them for any occasions. 1800 flowers blows them away when it comes to representation. Buyer beware Dales, in my opinion, is a rip off!

I had an issue with teleflora and my flowers (from a different florist) never came. To make it up to me they ordered a different bouquet through Dales! I ended up getting the ones that never arrived AND the one from dales. Same bouquet, same price. HUGE difference in quality. The delivery man was very nice and the presentation was beautiful! I will be coming to Dales now in the future. Thank you for my beautiful birthday flowers.

I ordered flowers for my best friend’s birthday that fell on a Sunday this year, and not only were they open but they delivered Hera first thing. Since I am 3 hours behind them in Vegas, I was worried that I didn’t order in time but they accommodated me and had beautiful flowers as well. Great customer service. ☺️

This florist not only has beautiful fresh flowers, the customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Folks, if you want a beautiful bouquet with the best customer service I had experienced in a very long, long time. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!!

I order flowers for our anniversary , since this was a delivery. The flower shop sent a bouquet the size of an iPad , the glass vases was the size of an 8oz cup and what makes matters worse the flower were dying. I paid $90 for flowers that cost 15 dollars at stop and shop. Those flowers was delivered to her place of work. 😠😠😠😠

Outstanding. I live in San DIego and I needed a sympathy piece to represent me at a funeral which I could not attend in person.I called Dale's flowers and they were so caring and professional. I explained vaguely that I wanted something delivered appropriate from a male friend of the family - tasteful but not showy. They did an excellent job. Someone sent me a photo of what was delivered and it was exactly what I had hoped it would be, and the card message was composed perfectly. In these days where everything seems somewhat harder lately, Dale's Flowers From The Heart really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. They really impressed me and I will always call them first in the future.

I have been using Dale's flowers for years! As a resident of the area for 35 years, I have been to so many florists. I have never had the level of service and quality of flowers like I get at Dale's. Her shop is modest but her business is top notch!
