Went on a Friday evening for dinner, I ordered a chicken fried rice and the plate was brought out immediately and to my surprise the food was cold, both the rice and the chicken was cold. I told the waiter the food was cold, however instead of offering a new plate he microwaved one of the plates and returned them. Again my plate was still cold, the chicken was still cold so I didn’t eat it. I requested they removed it from the bill since I couldn’t eat it and the manager was sent over. She refused to remove it and I was backed into a corner to paying for food I wasn’t going to eat. I didn’t go out at night to eat microwaved food from a restaurant. Unfortunately, after this experience I will not be returning here.
