Has a great variety of shoes. All the staff was super helpful including one named Ari I believe her name was. She helped me find sneakers for me and my whole family even though the store is really busy. I will definitely return.

Always have the latest styles in sneakers and gear. Would give 5 stars but hard to find a size 11. Guess that's because it's a popular size.

I do all my shopping online and have for over a decade now. Going in to buy my son some sneakers he wanted, young lady in footlocker was very pleasant. She searched for every size 15 she could get for my son. He bought 2 pairs and we are satisfied customers. I did not know these self tie via app and you can change the color, technology wowzer!

I recently had a horrible experience, we bought my son a pair of Reebox Crossover for Christmas, he's 14 years old and this was his main gift and he was so excited. He put them on for the first time and the plastic rim around the lace tore, so we took them back and was assured by the cashier that we would receive a new pair in the mail within 3 to 5 days, so we checked the mail every day for 7 days and then called the store and they told us they were not coming and they were out of them and they send a refund check in the mail. My son is devastated, we would have just kept the original pair if we were told the truth on the beginning. This is horrible customer service and I am very upset by this.

Ordered the new Jordan Retro for my husband that they didn't have in store. Staff was very helpful and made the process very simple for me. I was notified when it was available for pickup. Staff was very helpful. Awesome customer service will definitely go back. The decor of the store is nice, different, and unique. Very well kept and clean.
