Will never use them for my business if you deny me for simple change of a $20.00 bill. Teller was very rude I just moved here and would never use you after being treated like this.worst customer service just look at the other reviews.

A branch employee by the name of ALICIA (aleesha) was very rude and had no knowledge to her job. She actually hung up the phone twice while I was trying to explain myself. It’s unfortunate that this branch hires such rude people who are suppose to excel in customer service and she pretty much lacked that skill as well. I don’t recommend this branch at all.

It’s Saturday and standing in line now for 15 minutes with only one teller working, The other is sitting behind the window doing absolutely nothing. With 65 minutes left before closing. Horribly run and understaffed.

This Branch has been horrible and unprofessional for years! Inexperienced tellers and slow service. I only come here because its so close to my house. Often times they only have 1 teller for a long line of 10 people.

Worse bank to do your business. Went to the ATM for deposit. Didn't return any record . None of them work. It's a freaking bank !!! How broke really are they ?? I would not recommend going to this bank !!

The worst bank I have ever had to deal with. A rep is never available to assist you when you call and am constantly getting rerouted to their call center. Makes it impossible to conduct any kind of business with them if you are unable to go in person.

This place is non sense they ask for too much like especially if you dont have a bank account you dont get good service and they dont care about what you came for . Rude much they give attitudes. NEVER COME HERE AGAIN .!!! If i could rate this place a zero i will !!

Customer service is way below zero. They try to rush customers as fast as possible without listening. I honestly believe the place is only good for ATM's.

Closed my account with them. Didn't have my bank card but had my ID. Went to take 20 bucks out of my account and deposit three very large checks. Would not give me cash from my checking w/o a check. I threatened to close my account unless they did. It took that to get 20 bucks from an account with over a thousand in it. Customer service here was atrocious. I never deposited the checks (Tax Refund and business checks) and used them to open a new account at another bank.
