Honest Review. Technician not personable at all, came off as condescending and as if I was bothering him. Very rushed oil change I understand a quick oil change is favorable for everyone but that was rushed and there was not even a reason for it as there was no one there when I arrived and no one there when departed.. My rear guest tire valve was not put back on, washer fluid not refilled, no light check. Sub par service. They seem knowledgeable, not focused or caring though.

I took my car in for an oil change. I let them know the type of oil my car needed which was 5W 30. After letting them know this one worker yells out 5W 20. After responding saying “did you say 5W 20“ He kind of laughed and shook it off like it was no big deal. Another incident the same day two coworkers were fighting which lead to one quitting on the spot. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend at all.

Took my mom to get an oil change done here. They did a quick oil change, replaced the filters in her truck that needed to be replaced, and put her a great set of windshield wipers. And it was all a great cost! Great staff and you can tell when you walked in that it was under really good management.

Don't trust their warranty, or workmanship. I got my oil changed here and several weeks later my oil filter fell out while driving to work. My engine was ruined, I thought it would be OK since I fell under their 3 month/3,000 mile Faulty Workmanship Warranty that is printed on their receipt- I was wrong! I have been trying to work with them for months and they are still denying all responsibility. Oil filters don't just fall out. I understand things go wrong but at least take responsibility when they do.
