WORST customer service ever! I will never return. Rushed me out didn't wait until I was done asking about my services. Told me to go over my recommended miles and that i had more miles then I did to go for my next oil change! I have the sticker. He was rude and inconvienced that I would come 30 minutes before they were closing. Don't feel like a would have received good service with the managers attitude 😒. Do BETTER!

The worst customer service! I had waited an hour on my lunch break and still received no service. When I asked how much longer the worker stated he was going out to lunch and that I would have to wait even longer, so I left to NEVER EVER return to this location. A whole hour wasted!

Hayley and Hurstbourne Valvoline team work very well together! The team was nonjudgmental when I told them I knew little about cars. With that being said, Hayley is very knowledgeable. Hayley explained everything they were doing and wasn’t pushy when trying to sale other services! Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Was happy with the wait time. Had to get a refund on the tire rotation because of the lugnuts not wanting to come off but they were very professional so it's all good. These guys work together very well.

Got an oil change. Wipers and tire rotation, great service! I noticed how often people pulled in after 5 minutes left...impatient...do people not realize it takes more than 5 minutes to get good service.

Been going here for years. Always happy. Today was a disaster. There for one hour and 8 minutes. In the bay for one hour. They had a call in, so I knew I needed patience. Went in for an oil change. They did not have enough 10W40 so I got 5W40. Not a disaster. Next, was told my light bulb over license plate was out. Fine . Let’s replace that. Then, my battery was very low and probably needed a new one. Fine, let’s replace the battery. In the hour I spent in the bay, came across receipt for a new 5 year warranty battery my brother had put in the car in 2020 at Auto Zone. My fault. I should have checked, however , I doubt very much I needed a new one. Two other cars that entered the bay next to me AFTER me . First one came back to attempt to get a broken dip stick fixed that was broken at this location earlier. All crew left my car while trying to figure out how to fix this mans car by calling someone on the phone for instructions. This man gave up finally, left to go to Auto Zone. Next car pulls in for oil change. I am still sitting here. They then BREAK off his dipstick! I call out to them to please return and finish up with me. Ring me up to send me on my way. I ask if they replaced the light bulb over the license plate. Nope. They forgot. Goes to back of car to remove the light bulb. Break off the bulb getting it out. THEN inform me they don’t have a bulb to replace it anyway!!! I pulled out over an hour later with a battery I did not need, wrong oil, and a broken light. I told the man as I drove out that I would not be back. He shrugged his shoulders and did not respond. At which point I did lose my temper and say I realized he obviously did not give a F —— but thought I should let them know I would not be returning. Very, very frustrating experience.
