I have been visiting this store for the past 8 years at the Liberty Avenue Location. I’d like to share some of my personal experiences. Store cleanliness This store is strikingly clean and tidy with great layout. Staff The staff there are more than helpful in making suggestions and assisting in the trying of clothing. They are also very knowledgeable in the latest trends and offer help in matching accessories, such as jewelry. I have dealt with Diana, the store manager and she is the most polite, well mannered and customer oriented sales person I have dealt with. If you are lucky to meet her, she will manage your entire transaction and even ensure any alterations are properly seen to. Diana is always willing to go the extra to ensure I am always pleased with my purchase. Prices I’m definitely a bargain hunter, but I don’t hesitate to spend a pretty penny where the purchase is well worth it. Piran fashions stands out with with their quality and are well matched to the prices. I would highly recommend this fashion house and their service is above excellent. Be sure to pop in the charming store when you’re in Little Guyana.

I recently purchased an elegant dress from this store for an upcoming event. You’ll be amazed at their quality and prices. Vast variety and very helpful store attendant. I got endless compliments on my clothing, my bangles, my shoes and I got all of it from Piran Fashions in Liberty Avenue.

I am very pleased with the customer service and professionalism at Piran Fashions. My family and I went there to purchase dresses for an event and the girl was extremely helpful and patient with us. She portrayed alot of kindness to my kids and helped us get everything we needed. Their collection is very modern, classy and very high quality. I will definitely recommend this store if you are in the neighborhood.

THE WORST PLACE EVER. The sales ladies are so rude. The quality of their items are so horrible. The seamstress lady is so irresponsible. She also lies about the status of orders. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I agree with the previous posts. Do not go here. The owner is inappropriate and pushy. Their selection is very limited and you can find similar clothing elsewhere for cheaper. Not worth the aggravation. Stay away.

Where do I begin. If I could give zero stars I would, just like all the all reviewers here. This was absolutely THE WORST customer service experience ever. The owner (Noman) not only yelled at me he also sexual harassed me. What a pervert. No wonder he only hires young girls to work for him. His dresses are of horrible quality. The embroidery falls apart when trying on that's why he insists on having his employee assist with the try ons. He removes labels from each and every item and then has the audacity to say it's a brandname. Furthermore, if you go to his store on Liberty avenue and 121 street and look at a dress, show an interest in it and then go again a few days later to inquire more about it,the price is no longer there, all because he wants to increase the price and get as much money as possible. Don't ever take your business to either of his locations, Liberty Avenue 121 Street in Richmond Hill, NY or Jackson Heights!!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. They said and I quote, "not to touch the clothes". How can we not assess the clothing if we don't feel the fabric. They people gave us so much attitude. NEVER GO there! Save yourself some drama.
