I had a terrible experience at this location on two separate occasions. Jocelyn F was very rude and unprofessional and had an attitude the entire time she was helping me. Zero stars !

This place HATES military and will lie straight to your face. They are very rude and will lie to you. Then try to kick you out if you tell other customers that they are lying to you. Don’t trust them and go somewhere else. I have already contacted Jag to tell them that they are trying to screw over military.

Once I walked in, I was immediately asked if I needed assistance with anything, I was helped with my online order pick up, and also asked if I needed any accessories. I needed a screen protector I was in and out in about 10 minutes, that's even with technology moving slow. Everything is done over iPad and internet connection so load times were a bit sluggish. With everything happening online and away from human interaction these days. It was a smooth transaction.
