I went to their the send money, and the staff looked at me like I am actually committing a fraud by helping a friend. Very uncomforting and unwelcoming gesture. All western union agents act like that. Also received a text that transfer is on hold, and I had to go extra mile to transfer my money. Even the phone service was not pleasant.
