The Advance Auto in Watervliet is probably the worst auto parts store I'll never go there again I used to go there all the time but they're not willing to really go out of their way to help you with the people that work there don't know much about too much you asked him questions and he'll be like oh I don't know you know as a woman if I come into your store I want somebody who knows what they're doing no I will not go there I'll go to AutoZone instead

No effort ever to find parts unless you know where it is in store or have a part number don't bother they won't

Advance uses a high quality diagnostic tool to scan vehicles computer. Doesn't seem like a big deal but they printed out the part needed and reassued me the repair is simple and inexpensive. They didn't have to do that but did. I left with confidence along with a sense of relief. That's why I always go or call this location first. Thank you for the time spent providing great service!

There really isn't really too special about this watervliet, NY location. It is a good place that my grandfather's friend goes to, and we really haven't had that many problems with them, I guess those are something.

Never had a issue with Advanced auto parts in Latham. Check engine light on? You can go in and use the code scanner they have. Parts are usually in stock. You can save $$ by ordering the part online and pick it up in the store.

The workers here are not just knowledgeable but really care about thier customers! One of the employees shawn help me today not only did he explain in detail about what was going on with my battery, he saw a gentleman literal pushing a car towards advanced auto. His first reaction was to go and help out getting this person into the parking lot safe. Top notch people that care!

Online ordering with store pick is a easy process that I use at Advanced Auto. You simply go to the website declare the store or enter your Zipcode. The store you select will be where your order is sent, but double check it in case of availability and you weren't redirected. This is a rule of thumb that I employ no matter what site I am on. For me it has cut down on return trips to return wrong items or parts. Each tome I have gone to pick up the order, Pawling Ave. Troy NY employees have bern helpful with additional questions and sometimes without prompt, helpful hacks or info..etc.

So one day my car was acting a fool! And the worse thing ever is to try to open the hood.Smh. Anyway there was one sister who came and helped me and she got that thing open one try! I mean most times people try to open this Dag on thing and it takes many attempts with super strength. Lol She as with the other employees, were very kind and welcoming. They offered their help in whatever way they could. I get good results whenever I come to this store.

I'm so tired of counter help that can't work the computer. Went in for a gas tank strap couldn't find it on the computer so they don't sell them. Yes you sell them I just looked it up on the internet and the cost is $36.00 dollars . I forgot my phone I had to go home look the part number back up check store inventory and drove to North Troy to buy from other store. Watervliet is a waste of time. Employees not have knowledge of cars or how to access parts on the computer. Thanks for Auto Zone it's a block away
