First time ordering flowers for a friend in a local show. Calling from out of state to a florist that you randomly pick online can be a daunting task, but after speaking with Lauren I had no doubt that the designers would create something special. Once the pictures starting coming in not only from our friend but her mother who was completely impressed, I knew we picked the right florist.

They are amazing. I needed blue roses to leave at a gravesite. So many other places just said no immediately or quoted me insane prices. Tower Flowers said yes without hesitation and gave me a reasonable price. When I went to get them the owner asked what they were for and asked if they had the flower holders at the cemetery. They don't at that particular cemetery so he gave me a vase for them free of charge. He talked to me for awhile and I told him about how my boyfriend had died 4 years ago of an overdose and I was visiting and leaving these for his birthday. He was very empathetic and a great man to talk to. He even carried them to the car for me. I will return for any other flowers I need. The roses were also beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Thank you for making his birthday special for me

Everyone there is so helpful, polite and friendly! I go there quite a few times a year to bring flowers to my father's grave and the flowers are always fresh and the bouquets as well

Don’t expect the flowers to look good when delivered. I ordered these for a birthday gift and received wilted, closed flowers that look awful. I’m sure they’ll bloom in a few days, but what’s the point of sending flowers that aren’t ready to be displayed for a special occasion? I ordered local thinking it would be presentation ready, you can order much cheaper anywhere else online for the same quality. When I called them about this they told me they look beautiful and this is just my opinion. Ask yourself, does this look beautiful?

Let me tell you about this place!!! I have had two experiences with them and they have both been phenomenal!!!!! They delivered flowers for me on a holiday and I didn’t even think that It would get delivered that day. This just how above and beyond they go with their customer service and the way they make their flowers look. I will continue using this place because I love it so much.

They sent a beautiful bouquet to the hospital. It was outstanding. The colors ,the size,the quality. I wanted to order 2 exact same for my surgeons....that they couldnt do. They tried to make it right and in the end did the best they could...it all comes down to really listening to what the customer wants . Simple

Thank you! My job gets Tom's Towers Flowers delivered every week and they are absolutely gorgeous! I finally bought some as a get-well gesture. There was some confusion about my order, but they fixed it that same day and delivered it. A big thank you to Tom's Towers Flowers!

I honestly wonder if all the 5 star reviews are fake for this business. I was mostly happy with the customer service except it was a bit weird- the first time I called just to get some info about how much it would be and what kinds of flowers they have in stock, I was told it would be $60 with a $10 delivery charge and they would be able to use sunflowers. When I called back an hour later to place my order, I spoke with someone different who said they have some sunflowers but they would use other filler flowers as well, so I thought it was fine and went ahead to order. It ended up costing me $95: $75 for the flowers with a $20 delivery charge which I thought was a bit ridiculous. A couple days later, my friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received and it was pretty disappointing. Not a single sunflower and the arrangement certainly didn't look like it was worth $75.

Jan at Towers Flowers absolutely made my dreams come true. She patiently listened to our ideas and made suggestions that added to the beauty of the day. She was a pleasure to deal with, prompt, and reliable! The church looked wonderful, the venue looked amazing, the boutonnières and corsages were perfect, and our bouquets made us so happy! I loved my bridal bouquet so much that we have it drying in our closet so that we can keep it and remember all the happy memories of our special day :) Absolutely phenomenal florist!
