I have started shopping here since I moved closer to this store. I used to shop at family owned fabric stores and always dreamed of different prints and then I found Joann. The staff there is always so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. And if they do not know for sure they get someone who does. I love when they have the patterns on sale. Can't get any better !!!

A young pretty lady late 20's until I paid the cashier and asked may I speak to the store manager about the exceptional person Christan in the cutting material section. He said , Christian is the manager.you can do the survey. I said thank you and left. All of them switch atpung snd help the store run smoothly

No AC & it was 83° & humid put. Many items are mistaken. They have prices on pegs & yet that's not the price. You find out the price at the register. This store needs a makeover. I do like their stock but it looks like an outlet in the garment district. They are also "out of stock" on a lot of mdse.

All staff members are most helpful and knowledgeable. The inventory is voluminous and you can find anything you need related to sewing, knitting, crocheting, tie dyeing, and many other crafts! I was impressed with the store, the staff and the variety! Better than what Manhattan has to offer!

I went to Joann Craft a little before closing to prepare for a maternity session last Friday. I asked a woman who looked like the manager about a roll of tulle that I purchased to see if she thought it would match the dress for a concept that I had. The woman was nice enough to show me a fabric that she thought would compliment the dress and omg it came out perfect. I wish I would have gotten her name, but she was amazing.
