If you do not like large crowds, do not come here. I usually drive from mineola to hicksville to go to another target because this one is always packed. The store is packed, the parking lot is a mess! The inventory is also less compared to other target. This store always triggers my social anxiety.

Visiting from Florida so this was the first time I was in this Target. Nice big Super Store, which carrys everything from clothing to food. My reason for going to Target is because I needed to pick up a few white T-shirts and, the package was on sale for $11.99 for a 4 pack, which is a great deal. I needed a price check on an item and a sales associate was kind enough to give me a price check. Of what I can see, the store was very busy, shelves fully stocked and, the Store was very clean.

Very clean and organized. More variety/options than other Targets. They appeared to be short-staffed as only two check-out counters were open on Memorial Day and the lines were a bit long.

Westbury, NY has the worst curbside pickup. I only use this location when an item is only available here. It is always chaos. After waiting a very long time in my car, I went inside only to see 2 people in front of me and no one to help. Someone eventually showed and we were helped. The few workers there were ruining around trying to locate people’s orders. There were red carts every where with items. Westbury location needs a new manager in this area. The service has been awful over a year now! It could very well be from the start of this location offering pickup.

I love me some target. I go there at least once a week. Sales associate By the name of Hope left a very bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never had a issue at this westbury location until I came across Hope. The lines were long and I was only getting a sun hat for my baby. I joined the customer service line and when I got to the counter. Hope stated this is not checkout, don’t I see the registers behind me. She is late for her break. There was no one else there and the time she took to be so rude she could have cashed me out and be on her way. I asked the security for the manager and I stood there and watch approximately 5-6 ppl join the line. So now she will definitely be late for her break.

First of all we would like to say thank you to one of their Employee - Ms. Julia by the self check out. Since it was our first time to do self check out in this store there some techniques like the handheld bar code scanner which other store doesn't. And we are looking for tye price of the bag and she assisted us to all of that. We accidentally hurt her hand (we apologized her for that) she stays so nice and very helpful. I salute someone like her. Before we got into her we saw her really assisting everyone at self check out. This is really one plus to stores. Hope most people assist like her. Great Job Ms. Lisa! We gave 4 star since we didn't get everything we need and the guy who assisted us says whatever in that shelf is that all they got. So it was fine.

This particular location is sizeable, has ample parking and a convenient location in Roosevelt Field area which features an incredible number of malls, stores and restaurants.

I usually don't have any issues shopping at target, whether online or at the store... Today was a nightmare! these 2 individuals had no sense of customer service..also where are the target uniforms? instead of helping me redeem my gift card offer at self checkout, she choose to tell me to read the instructions on the screen Mind you it was almost 11pm, all she wanted to do was to chat with her co worker.She couldn't spare 5 min to assist me. I overheard her co worker telling her: "Sounds like she had a you problem! The only ones that were helpful today was the team at pick up! TARGET you need to revamp your employees! Seems that this store is starting to get some of the worse ones!!! ************* Why can't leave another comment?! Now this is the second time that I've had issues picking up my order! last time they couldn't find it . although I had a text saying its ready? it took 25 for the manager to finally find my order! this time I did drive up, i waited 15 min while there was no other cars waiting for pick ups... see the pics, the workers could care less, i had to ask where is my order!
