I ordered online. I came to take my order and wanted to enter the restroom. I waited 25 minutes. 3 people entered a one-person restroom and they are using drugs inside. I just waited and when they came out it smelled awful. It's a very bad situation. I am no longer a 'dunkin donuts' customer.

So dissatisfied just left DD excited to enjoy my caramel latte only to realize no caramel! I asked the server caramel right? And he responded yes! Everyone knows this disappointment! I’m already at work and a bad start to my day 😖

Please don't bother wasting your time and money with this place. I've tried them twice. Really nice people, but they cannot make a simple latte at all. Peppermint Mocha? Fail. Oatmilk Chai Latte? Fail. The Peppermint Mocha had the smallest hint of peppermint mocha anything in there. The oatmilk chai latte I tried last night and it was disgusting. All you taste is cold syrup not even properly stirred in the beverage and the drink wasn't even luke warm. How does somebody screw up making a beverage hot????? I've made better just staying home. I'm surprised if they can toast bread over there.

I needed to get a quick bite for breakfast, so I purchased the maple bacon & add & cheese sandwich with hash browns & a soda. The breakfast was AMAZN!

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but got butter instead. Employees need to pay better attention to what they are doing. Customers should double check to make sure you get the correct items!

They do not throw away the food as suppose to they touch with hands no gloves they have a bee infestation in the kitchen area they treat staff that aren’t they’re religion bad the ice cream had mildew around the station poor customer service they use decafe beans on regular coffee and regular milk on half and half milk they do not care just to take your money and go health department should do random inspections so they can see the nastiness

Don't order breakfast in the morning. Guy totally doesn't know what he's doing. Ordered sausage egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. He asked if I wanted bacon, I said no, sausage. He said OK. I got no sausage, a half of a strip of bacon, no cheese, the bagel wasn't toasted and it was ice cold. Absolutely disgusting. Screwed up my coffee as well. And on top of that it took almost 10 minutes, yet there was no one in there other than me. Go to the one on Union instead.
