Ive never been one to write a bad review but i honestly had such an uncomfortable experience at this place. I have been going to this dunkin for almost 4 years because i love that it is open 24 hours and the women who works at night is very polite! But the other night i went in to get icecream (it was a different woman then usual) and politely asked her to rinse the icecream scooper because i have a severe allergy to peanuts. She quickly came at me with an attitude and told me she rinses the scooper in the water with all the other scoopers that are not clean?? she refused to rinse the scooper in the sink 1 foot behind her for me and in all honesty just made me feel very uncomfortable. Ive never in my life had anyone refuse to rinse a scooper for a customer with a allergy.

Lol I worked there for 6 years, it was the greatest time of my life. The bad reviews are always hilarious to read because people have no idea what they’re talking about most of the time. 😂😂😂 & some of them just outright make up stories lmao. Everybody always went above & beyond for customers over here including myself no matter the circumstances. Lovely memories. Best Dunkin to get iced coffee they make it right every time with my order specifics! The staff are always friendly and move quickly to get your order prepared and you on your way. Whether its a to-go or in store order there is always someone to give you a smile and make sure you have exactly what you need. I have seen the staff in this store go above and beyond to assist disabled customers as they truly care about the neighborhood in which they serve. I love their Latte's in the colder months as well!

The 3th time that I came and it's the same. I ordered curbside and they never bring my order I have to go inside and get it, even that I'm positive for covid -19 now.

From my understanding theres a manager or owner or somebody of higher authority that yells at his staff and makes them feel so small with a line of customers waiting. The last time i went there the employees removed the 6' distance lines on the floor of the establishment, which sure get that fine. But when I saw a customer with their mask around their chin ordering and the manager just talking to him like he sees nothing wrong with the picture, that was the last straw. I hope this place gets shut down give DD a bad name.

Location is great and it's a stand alone business. It is clean and the employees are friendly. My only critique is that they need to change out the donuts more frequently. It's a hit or miss as sometimes the donuts are fresh made and other times they are a bit hard. For the price of a dozen I don't think that is too harsh to ask.
