Shopped here once and not a single person helped. Also IF you are going to GET A JOB HERE, I am going to tell you that when you go on your 1st day of training, all the manager said during the hiring process get's wiped out. I got confused by how the manager explained the scheduling, the way she said it the first time changed when I came for my 1st day, then this girl called me up and brought me to the room then closed the door, she told me "You know you only got hired because you said your schedule is open anytime." I remember it's a judgement free workspace she said, then now she is saying I am hired just because she thinks just because I am new, they can put me on the bad shifts? While the other ones "their friends" gets to pick any shift they want! The sales rep"s girls on the back, honestly? They were rude, and they talk about newly hired reps in front of their faces rudely! Bottomline, if you do not want inequality, drama, and if you want to be able to say "No", this Victoria's secret Bayshore Branch, is the worst. The workers there are so biased and will not treat you right if you are new, especially if the managers and the people who've been there for awhile see that there is a potential in you. They do not like competition.

Victoria Secret has always been my favorite store. But the quality in their clothing has become very cheaply made for the same expensive price. And there new policy is terrible. Which also isn’t advertised anywhere so you don’t learn about it until the time comes and you need to return or exchange something. The policy wasn’t made to benefit the customer at all. “Pink” clothing is made more for little girls now rather then teenagers and adults. You spend $100 on a sweat suit that you get to wear maybe two times before it’s shrunk or ruined and that’s with washing and drying it the way the instructions say to. So I used to shop there so much that the girls in the store knew me. Now I’m just hesitant on wasting my money there and that’s only if I find something I liked. Which seems less and less lately.

I wasn't exactly sure what size I was so one of the staff brought a tape measure over and gave me "exact" measurements. Upon her advice I purchased not one but two bras of her recommendation based on her measurements and not one of them fit . I'm sorry, I don't care how Lacy and frilly and pretty the bra looks, spending $60 on one bra ..or 120$ on two, is absurd. Especially when they're not even measuring you correctly!

I wish I can put no stars the ad says Buy 2 Get 3 free Mists & Lotions that’s a total of 8 items per transaction but they would not give me the items that’s false advertisement then they said read the details I said no read the ad in pink letters Buy 2 Get 3 Free Mists & Lotions “&” not “or” I want to purchase my 30 limit & receive my 90 free Mists & lotions like it says & not or called customer service wouldn’t help & online customer service either wouldn’t help not right your advertisement was wrong I’m reading correctly so I should be allowed to purchase 30 items which isn’t the limit & receive my Free 90 items check my TikTok @King4h3arts about this false advertisement Victoria does have a Secret

I absolutely love Victoria's Secret everyone is very kind they have all new soft pajamas bras and clothes and everything you can think of and whoever reads this if you don't know Victoria's Secret has a new app called ("PINK NATION") you definitely need to download it because it gives you more offers and coupons off of pink and you will absolutely love it enjoy happy holidays
