This store, it’s employees and executive management are all ridiculous. You aren’t allowed to try on clothes and there are no refunds. If I wanted this I’d shop online. Why doesn’t a retail store attract qualified employees that treat customers well? I’m sure they pay like garbage. Avoid this dumpster fire and shop online or at Forever 21. Trust me. Corporate doesn’t care about you or their employees and they’ll be back out of Business soon. ~niki

If I could give no stars, I would give no stars. I went to this store to spend my hard earned money with my two friends. I was shopping as usual picking up things I was looking to purchase. I walked over to another table of clothing and all the sudden all the employees surrounded my friends and I, and watched us shop the whole duration we were there. There was one employee who even confirmed with her manager that we were “trying to steal”. We had nothing with us, no bags, no nothing. This was the only store we looked forward to shopping in but the whole experience made us uncomfortable. This store has racially profiled us, just because we are black and hispanic. I sadly will no longer be shopping at this location anymore, it’s 2020 and being made to feel uncomfortable in a store because of our skin color is unacceptable. ~colleen

Went in looking for an outfit for an event, when I walk in the store was very messy and the workers were just on their phone and talking upon themself. No customer service. I ask for fitting room and Laura the manager on duty was on her personal phone didn’t even bother to ask me if I’m okay. Very disappointed on this visit I usually never come to this rue I only go to deer park to visit candy she very sweet and the Massapequa team they always helping me find outfits and helped me get the rue21 credit card. Very unlikely to come back to this establishment needs new team from management to associates ~Miguelina
