Went in looking for an outfit for an event, when I walk in the store was very messy and the workers were just on their phone and talking upon themself. No customer service. I ask for fitting room and Laura the manager on duty was on her personal phone didn’t even bother to ask me if I’m okay. Very disappointed on this visit I usually never come to this rue I only go to deer park to visit candy she very sweet and the Massapequa team they always helping me find outfits and helped me get the rue21 credit card. Very unlikely to come back to this establishment needs new team from management to associates

Store manager always has an issue with their system always being down for a return or either they don’t have enough money for a return. I’m always either being sent to Deer Park or Massapequa. Really inconvenient in their end.

Cool store. Love the men's section. However, they are very forceful with trying to sell those watered down colognes and perfume.

Bra section is a disaster. They never have any small or medium sizes in bralettes and bandeaus. They always run out of styles of clothing and never are in stock of certain styles.
