I won a beautiful fruit arrangements In a raffle type Game. I chose from 5 arrangment and delivery a week before monthers day bc you are swamped this week My delivery came I was so excited. I couldn’t wait. It was huge but not the one I chose Ok no problem. I removed a peice 1 pc of cantaloupe, a pineapple and a honeydew. I bit into each pc. It was dry, hard and no flavor. I called on may 1 to customer service I spoke to a CS rep. She put a call to the store but no answer. So I am expecting a call tomorrow. I have sent my mom at least 10 arrangements , I’ve enjoyed them at my job several times a year. I’ve received and given your products as gifts All were ripe. Juicy and full of flavor sweet. I also requested no chocolate in the fruit but it’s ok It’s strawberry season out here. Strawberry’s are everyware local strawberry’s The strawberries I got were hard and not ripe. I have pics of what I chose and what I got and your pic of what I got I hope this can be rectified asap Thank you

ordered same day delivery, they said they wouldn't do it because the driver just got back (lol?) I asked to cancel and to refund, they said they don't offer refunds.

My brother was feeling down on his birthday so I sent him a fruit bouquet to brighten his day. I realized after I checked out from the online system I should have gotten same day delivery. So I called the store around 11:30 am and told them the situation. They took down my Order info told me it would be no problem to have it delivered same day. So it’s now getting to be 5:00 and later. I’m wincing because I haven’t heard from my bro that it was delivered. So all of a sudden he calls me up at 5:30 smacking his lips and telling all about how great and how tasty the fruit is. Thanks for coming through and making my brother’s birthday special West Hampton Edible Arrangements!

Scheduled delivery at 12 they said the driver is no longer in my area, ok. Headed to the store to try to pick up my order and there's a sign on the door that says be back in 30? Me and 3 other customers are sitting in the parking lot waiting for our orders. How can you close a store front for 30 minutes and not have an employee on the counter will not be doing business with this place any longer.

Incredibly rude service. Not worth the headache for you and any loved one you are sending this out too. Would recommend spending your money on a service that delivers on the right day and doesn't give you an attitude about it.

Very disappointed was supposed to receive arrangement for birthday they didn’t call before they came they are a hour away they came called when they got here I wasn’t home left message said they had to return next day I called they said they had no idea what time next day finally said they would call in morning. They didn’t I called them finally got time after they finally deliver I left email about bad experience cause phone mailbox was full a salesperson called back with nothing but excuses I left word that I wanted to speak to owner he never called me. Very unorganized business beware if you do business here make sure you tell them to call recipient before they deliver

If I could give 0 stars that would be more than they deserve. Just awful in every way. I placed an order for delivery (this was for my 88 year old mother in law), the only part they did correct was deliver to the proper home. The entire fruit basket was unedible. My neice was visiting and encouraged her to call to let them know. The response from the store was " yeah the fruit is bad at this time of year" REALLY Why did they take the order? They sent her 6 chocolate covered strawberries to replace a basket that cost close to $50. without the delivery fee. Again, REALLY? I have spoken to the rude girl that answered the phone to no avail. The manager called my mother in law to ask her to tell me that she is fine with what they sent and to tell me not to call them anymore. I tried once more, again to no avail. Forced me to dispute the charge through my bank. SAVE YOUR MONEY USE ANY OTHER STORE

Rude employee, who later said she was the “manager”. Delivered only half of my order on Mother’s Day. Refused full refund and never apologized. Seriously? I am waiting for the owner but I imagine he will be just as useless
