Very nice place with a great pool.

Previous Timeshare Owner (15 yrs) this place got so bad I actually gave them my timeshare back as its so sorry I couldn’t sell it. There is a sewage treatment plant in the front yard that evidently is overloaded and smells ( just recent ) the last time we visited 9/2021 the A/C didn’t work properly, bathtub has rust stains, the popcorn ceiling falling down over dining table, the heavy sliding balcony door was jammed and wouldn’t close just to name a few items. The place is a dump and in disrepair, they raised my maintenance fees for 2022 by 30% and said the reason was they were in arrears for $300,000 from non paying timeshare owners so everyone who does pay has to now pay more. Thats when we gave our deeded week back after paying a $300 transfer fee. This place is falling apart avoid if you can.

We have a time share here which based on the week you stay it can cost anywhere from $50 a week to a few thousand. Last time I checked they have a few time shares still available. Despite having my week in November I still enjoyed it and did some fishing, flew a kite, went to the aquarium (a must see only a mile down the road) They do most of their repairs in the off season so that is one thing to consider but didn't bother us at all.

Very nice complex with access to both an indoor and outdoor pool. There is a restaurant on site which is a plus. Private beach access and the grounds is very well kept. I stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and the balcony faced the ocean. The waves provided a great background noise. The only downfall is it’s a little bit away from the island attractions/night life. While we aren’t far from the beach, a stone throw away, the rest of the island that holds shopping, food and other amenities, you need to drive to.

Enjoyed the rooms, hot tub, indoor pool,bit too cold for outdoor pool but looked great. With four women here for classes at caleract college, worked out great. Close so travel is not a problem

This was our first year here with our timeshare. We always go to the beach over Christmas. For the age of the place, it seemed to be very well kept. Our room was listed as sleeping 8. We had a family of 4. With a small 30 gal. water heater we had to stagger our shower times. One person took all the hot water. After we settled in and begin to prepare our first meal, nothing in the cabinet was what I would call clean. One pan looked to still have egg in it... We had to hand wash every pan we used. Place was clean and well kept, but needs major upgrade to kitchen ware and hot water heater.

Nice complex. Clean and well looked after by everyone. Short walk to a lovely beach. The outdoor and indoor pool are great. Gym looked decent. Not too far from the local shops, cinema and NC aquarium if weather's not great.

Beautiful gardens excellent beach access boardwalk plenty of bbq pits great pool and a workout room not to mention a great restaurant.

Small rooms with outdated elevators and outdated indoor pool. Security Staff asked for pool passes every 5 minutes and can get annoying. The only decent part of the stay was the beach area.
