My car had issues on a 300 mile journey to this vacation. And they were able to check on my car order the part and get it fixed before I had to check out of my vacation rental. They were all extremely professional and nice and I completely recommend them to anyone looking to get their car repaired.

Last Monday I took my wife's car in for a wheel alignment (due to uneven tire wear and pulling to the right) and tire rotation (asked to put both good tires on the front). When I picked up the vehicle, I asked for the print-out of the alignment. They stated they don't give that out. I thought, okay, that's weird, but this is supposedly a reputable place, so I'll let it slide. The car still drifted to the right on the highway with little directional stability. Took it back on Friday, but they couldn't see me. Brought it back first thing Monday morning. After almost 1.5-2 hours of waiting (they do not prioritize fixing prior work), they returned the vehicle with no adjustments. I asked to see the results and the tech showed me the picture on his phone. I asked why the Camber difference angle was "red" out of spec to which he replied "I have no idea why it's like that, actually." I asked if any attempt was made to correct the pulling to the right problem. There hadn't been; they suggested uneven tire wear and new tires might help. I said "OK, have you tired swapping the front two tires (the original rotation didn't change the position of the passenger-side tires) to see if the pull goes to the left instead?" They had not tried that and they were unwilling to. It's funny when I was young, I was concerned about price of maintenance. Now that I'm 40, it's my time that's valuable. I would not recommend Cliff's on either account. I tried to save myself time by going local and not having to drive to the Toyota dealer, or to Morehead where I purchased the tires, or to my reputable old mechanic in Morehead, but it ended up costing me both more time and money. Cliff's charges premium prices ($80 for alignment with no proof of results & $18 for a 2-wheel tire rotation that I could have gotten for free elsewhere) but doesn't provide anywhere near premium service. I wont' be returning. I'll now have to schedule service elsewhere. Services: Wheel alignment, Tire rotations

Amazing service and amazing prices. Everyone is super nice and helpful even being as busy as they are these guys are worth the wait if you need repairs. Plus I'm not sure anyone can beat thier prices.

THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, they said it themselves. Save yourself time and go anywhere else unless you need an inspection,they are good at that at least. Had a starting problem that i wasnt sure who the culprit was so i took it here to be looked at. Not only were receptionist extremely rude the mechanics couldnt figure out my problem so they told me it was normal wear & tear and guessed spark plugs. They told me to call back if the issue wasnt resolved. My car still had problems starting and just stopped all together this morning and i figured out the issue without the title of "mechanic" IT WAS THE STARTER! if you dont know what you need them to do cliffs will have no idea on how to fix a problem they cannot diagnose a car to save their life.

My boys and I were headed back from a day at the aquarium when my cars power steering quit and all kinds of dash lights came on. Luckily a quick Google search showed cliffs car care was 2 buildings down. They were amazing from start to finish. Cliffs had parts ordered and the car fixed in 2 days just as they promised. If we lived in the area we would use them for all our vehicle needs. My boys enjoyed the kids area and also meeting the turtle. From their hospitality to their knowledge and skills at fixing vehicles, cliffs is top notch! Service: General repairs & maintenance
