Turned the open sign off at 8:42 pm and door was locked. Hours on door and website say they closed at 9pm! The worker was literally walking by the front door back and forth watching us in the parking lot! Wanted to buy a hat quickly I’ll gladly do shipping else where .

Neat place. Bought two cowboy hats. Most clothes, etc overpriced. Pleasant sales clerk and manager. I'd have been better of ordering on line with free shipping. I could have saved 2 hours of driving, $20 in gas, and $27 for 2 Cheeseburgers at Drakes. I'll never go to Drakes again, way too expensive and small CB's!

They charge one price on the internet then it shows up with a lower price tag attached, not a sale tag happened on two pairs. Wanted me to email a picture of the tag.....

LADIES looking for exotic (snakeskin) boots, PLEASE READ this! We drove an hour to this store. 11/16/20. I looked on line and found that BB had a great choice of snakeskin boots. Keep in mind, these are the "Exotic" real snakeskin. Not print! We drove to BB and the lady asked me if she could help me, and I told her I was looking for ladies exotic (snakeskin) boots. She told me they did not carry any exotic boots for ladies, only prints! I told her they had the real snakeskin on their online store. I asked her why they don't offer in store, what they offer online, in terms of exotic boots for ladies and her response was: They just don't sell, and are not popular, so they only offer those online. Newsflash: Maybe the REASON they don't sell in store is because you don't OFFER them! If it isn't there, you can't buy it! LOL She did tell me they have plenty of exotic boots for men in store, and they sell like hotcakes. They're very popular. They do have a really large selection of boots at this store for ladies. (And men). I was impressed with all the various styles they have, but find it ridiculous that they don't carry a product because ladies just don't buy it and it's no popular! That's such an oxymoron! They don't buy it, because it isn't on the shelf. One more thing. I went back to their online website and specifically looked to see if they have anything on the ladies exotic boots pages, that say, "Online only. Not in stores." They do NOT. The saleslady was nice. The store looked really good, was very clean, and had a huge selection of anything western. But I was really disappointed in the fact that they don't carry a product, because it doesn't sell. Well, of course it's not going to sell, if you don't carry it! I guarantee, if they put ladies (real) snakeskin boots on the shelves, they too, would fly off the shelves. It's not just men that love these. We ladies do too!

Outstanding selection! This was our first time in the store. The store as a whole was well laid out and had a large selection to choose from. My intent was to go in there to get an idea of what to buy online. As it turned out, everything I was looking for was in stock. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, Mallory who assisted us on boot shopping provided detailed information on how to shop for boots, cuts, the whole nine. She was courteous and very patient while we tried boots. Kudos to the whole team, in particular Mallory. I am sure I will be a repeat customer. Many thanks.

I love the smell when I walk in here...leather! The staff is friendly and it's always clean. The Greensboro location does have a larger selection than Burlington when it comes to womens clothes I feel like but about the same on boots. The boot selection could be better, I personally feel like Cavenders has a much better selection but unfortunately there is not one in NC.
