The store was only able to accept cash & EBT. I asked why wasn’t a sign posted at the door instead of inconveniencing customers, waisting time to shop only to be told their method of payment isn’t accepted at the current time. I was told a sign cost a lot of money to post😒Common sense will tell you to post a temporary sign at the door, handwritten that is, but I guess there isn’t much common sense here🤷🏽♀️

I feel customer service is very important and whenever I go here I feel like I have to force some of the employees to greet me or even respond. Today my cashier was Andy and I had to greet him which all he did was answer “good” to my “hey how are you?” In that moment I felt like the cashier and he was the customer.
