We used TROSA for a local move (just 2 miles down the road) and it was overall a great experience. They sent the "ladies" team to help pack up the last things in the house, and then a different team to do the actual move. Both teams were very polite and worked hard the entire time. There was some small damage in the move but in all the moves we've done, this was perhaps the least amount of damage we've seen. And within a week of the move, they sent out their repair team to take care of a dent in the ceiling they had made moving a dresser in and we couldn't tell where the damage had been once they left. They won't take tips, but we sent a very nice donation because we were so pleased with the move.

Our family loves TROSA. They have helped us with several moves, landscaping and catering. Always competent, professional and personable. Today we had them come to take away some very heavy items that we will no longer be using. Items were in a hot attic. Can’t say enough about the two guys they sent - Dave and Kevin. They were the best and a pleasure to work with. .

The person who came out to do an on-site estimate for a move was very rude and agitated any time I asked a question. Basically I felt like he was trying to turn my business away. I was told wrong information over the phone as to what is and is not included in the price. My estimate was extremely high. I have moved multiple times and it was ridiculous. When I called to ask questions again he was extremely rude. They need to hire better people who want to work with potential customers. I would not recommend them. There are better quality moving companies locally that are more professional and treat their customers better and at a much better price.

We have moved 27 times (I kid you not). From first call to last box, this was simply the easiest, best, most efficient move ever. Prompt, courteous, friendly, all the adjectives. I pack my own stuff because, obviously I’m experienced at it, but they shrink wrapped my sectional, put mattresses in protective covers, covered tight corners in the walls-I mean, wow. Trust me when I say you literally cannot do better. Five man team, 1100 sq ft house, 4.5 hours. If you are not an experienced mover, you need to understand that this is simply, unequivocally the best your money can buy.

These guys were amazing! Packaged my things like pros, and kept everything clean. Even took shoes off when inside. Broke down beds and put them back up - made the new house immediately feel like home. These guys were kind and friendly. I can't speak highly enough.. A+ service!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of our delivery crew. They were very careful at making sure all furniture was padded for protection and the reassembly of furniture. They were very transparent throughout the whole process. They made sure that the walls were padded for furniture going up to the second level of our new town home. There were 5 guys moving our household each with specific assignments to minimize the time which saves you money because they can move you faster. They worked extremely hard and were not going to take a lunch break but we felt that they deserved a break so we bought the crew lunch so that they could relax a bit before moving us into our new home. We choose TROUSA because of there reviews. I again would highly recommend TROUSA to move your household. I would defiantly use them again if we have to move in the future.
