I use to walk right in and grab a pair of boots but now that’s not the case. I went I. December 7th 2021 to purchase a pair of boots. Didn’t have my size so the tool my payment and ordered them. IT IS NOW MAY 12th 2022 AND THEY HAVE NOT COME IN YET? I was told that DUE TO COVID-19…….

I bought a new pair of work boots wolverine and the bottom came off only had them since September , they will not fix them I have had been a frequent customer but not no more customer service is bad.

have been there and customer service is lousy, others have told me this so I thought I would go and see first hand as I needed a good pair of boots and I walked in and walked around looking for boots but never got no help or even a Hello and others have told me of a place in Dunn called Lee's shoes that do vouchers and have been in business many years and the couple that run the place knows shoes and they also know customer service brings you back when you need another pair of work shoes as I witnessed the day I was there, every customer was helped as soon as they walked in till they walked out with the shoes they needed. It might be a little drive to get there but you will like the way your are treated as soon as you walk in the door and Sherry's Bakery 2 doors down is a great place to eat and take some goodies home with you. Lee's Shoes of Dunn, please look them up you will not regret it.

Been going to this boot outlet for my work boots for years. Always leave satisfied. Today I was helped by a young lady by the name of Joseline, who was very helpful and attentive. Interested in making sure my purchase was satisfactory, I understood warranty, and I was comfortable with my new boots!

5 staff members and only 1 was asked to assist customers. When the one member asked for assistance with help for another customer he was told "You can help 2 people cant you?". That was despicable. The selection of footwear is limited, and the sizes are even more limited. I returned a pair of boots and could only get in store credit, no refunds. I asked what was going to happen to the pair I returned and was told "They will go back on display". So why not a refund? Other styles of footwear were not in my size. I had to choose a pair that 1. They had in my size, and not the style I returned because of that lack of size inventory, 2. Are not the footwear suitable for my line of work. I will NOT be returning to this establishment, I recommend finding a store more suitable to the needs of the customer.

Called ahead to see if they had the style and size I wanted in stock before driving 20 miles one way. The person I talked to did not seem very willing to help. I had to tell her a second time what I was looking for because she was not paying attention the first time. Finally she claimed they had what I am looking for in stock . I really got the feeling she was telling me what I wanted to hear just to get rid of me. We'll see. Hopefully I am wrong but I doubt it. Wish my employer would allow us to shop at a store of our choice and turn in receipt for reimbursement. Had to come here again because this is one of only two stores employer allows us to purchase boots from. They did not have the style and size I wanted but said they could be ordered and picked up later. A few hours later I was called and told the boot I ordered has been discontinued. Why was it on the sales floor if that's the case. Returned next day and picked out something different that they FINALLY found in stock and made purchase. I fail to see how this store remains in business. While waiting, I ran into a coworker who was experiencing the same poor customer service that appears to be they way this store normally conducts business. I hope employer will give us another option for safety shoe purchase in the future.

Very helpful staff! As an aircraft mechanic I need to have toe protection for an industrial environment but I don't like the constriction of work boots. So, I get Red Wing Shoes' style# 6640 that look like sneakers but still have protection with a bonus of BOA laces! Everybody checks them out! These folks got me a new pair when my old ones wore out. Unfortunately, the manufacturer messed up the toe cup in my right shoe that squished my big toe and cut into the outside of my foot. The kind folks at Fayetteville Footwear worked with me to get a replacement and after a time I got to turn in my now broken in work shoes for another brand new pair FREE OF CHARGE!! Thanks guys! You saved me!

I have been looking for an appropriate pair of shoes to wear to work for months. The Salesman was very attentive when I told him what I needed in a work shoe, and why it's always so difficult for me to find any. He explained the different varieties, reason people wear them, and price differences. I left with an awesome pair of boots that fit, and are perfect for my situation. I'm a very happy customer with a very happy Husband (no more work shoe shopping and the price was right!) Thanks Guys!
