Ordered a #6 Large Combo (Which is a Spicy Chicken) w/Chocolate Frosty - had to wait on fries to cook, no big deal. Got my bag, they had given me a Dave's Single. When I went inside the restaurant to correct the mistake, the employee told me it comes with a Dave's Single, where the menu clearly says Spicy Chicken. The employees were rude and hastily made me the food that I ordered and what a poor job they did of it, warm chicken, missing condiments and a stale bun. Won't be coming back here!

I used to love this location. I haven't gone regularly in the past 3-4 years. Every time I go, the service is so slow. I used to go on my lunch break but stopped because I'd be late going back to work. I try going after work but even with me being the 2nd on the drive through, it still takes too long to get my meal. I now don't remember the last time I went to this location. I believe it's been over a year

Went to Wendy's again ordered a number 1 with cheese lettuce tomatoes and ketchup only. What I got was cold fries a sandwich with mayo on it I can't eat mayo and lettuce and ketchup I wasted $10.68 because I could not eat any of it. I really like Wendy's but it's too many times that I've been to this location and service was poor. I cannot keep giving this place my money no more. You try calling no answer this is sad.

Went to Wendy’s tonight to get dinner I ordered my dinner and I added onto bacon Nader fries with extra cheese pull up to the window and watch the girl or the lady with the long wavy hair kind of older put shredded cheese on my bacon Nader fries. Then I say some thing that there is no shredded cheese and Frieded cheese on my bacon Nader fries and go heat them up in the microwave. Not happy that is not what I paid for so I will be going up there tomorrow morning when they open and getting my bacon Nader fries with melted cheese very

I ordered online to make things quicker and easier because the line is always so long. When I arrived and hit I'm here, I got an Uh-Oh something went wrong message. I tried several times but it failed again and again. I finally received an error message but it said your order was sent to the kitchen. I tried to enter the building (which should have been open until 10:00) but the door was locked. It was 9:30. So I had to get in the long drive-thru line to get my order. So to say the least, I had cold food! The online ordering app is useless and I will NEVER use it again.

Ordered their number one combo and number two combo. The burgers were cold, one of the burger didn't come with fries, sweet tre was supposed to be sweet but it was not, no napkins and no sauce, they don't have any dining in option alsot. This place doesn't even worth a star. Neve go back I here again. Don't waist your money in here.

I went to this location today and had the most pleasant experience. The young man that took my order was very nice, patient, and respectful. He spoke with a smile! Moreover, the female that gave me my food was very pleasant as well! It’s important to highlight the good. And I hope Management is aware of the great services their midday shift is providing! Thank you!

Edit: came back today and Patience was the best!! She was so friendly and so fast. She as well helped me to my car with my large order. This Wendy’s is the best!! This is a wonderful Wendy’s!! I came in with a large order for my coworkers and they were so professional and pleasant. The manger on duty was very helpful in making sure my large order was correct. Everything was hot and fresh. The cashier Ernest was upbeat and had the best positive attitude. I will definitely come back!! Antwon even helped me to my car and made sure my drinks were safe and wouldn’t spill. Overall the experience was quick and wonderful!

The burger was supposed to be plain and the hot honey chicken was....dry and plain and a waste of money. Another place I can check off the list. Been a year since we came here because of bad food and wrong orders..and I see nothing has changed. Sadface.

Servers were lazy and no customer service manners on 30 May 2021 around 10:45pm. We waited at least 10 minutes and the line was back all the way to the road. Fries are soggy. I asked for lettuce and they placed it on my wife’s sandwich. No other drinks were offered when their selection was out.
