8 Best restaurant in Fayetteville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

If I was able to rate this store with 0 star's, I would. Service was horrible! My Pancake Platter, pictures below, was a mess. The best way I could describe them looks as if someone bit them and put them in the box. When I took them back to the store, the manager had a grin on her face the whole time I chatted with her and could only say that no one bite them, duh it was a metaphor. Then said, " So what do u want me to do, give you some more pancakes"? Sure, I'll wait for them while the rest of my food is cold. She then went to re-cook the meal and it came back with barely any eggs. I'm so disappointed but they will never get any of my business again and I work on Fort Bragg, I will alert my friends and co-worker's as well. Hello, where has this place been my whole life! We had the cumin lamb, the green bean and eggplant, a fish dish, and dumplings. Everything was perfect and delicious. My friend brought me here because it's more authentic and it certainly was very different from what I'm used to. I'm definitely coming back. ~A.M.

If I could give zero stars I would! For a place that’s never really “busy”, they are always “out of” something. The menu at drive thru needs to be updated to reflect what they no longer serve. The lighting is horrible! The workers have very nasty attitudes & always sound like they would rather be elsewhere than at work. I feel like if they don’t like the job they applied for & got hired to do, quit & go another direction! Just horrible!! ~Miss

Went here 3 times in the last week due to the amazing service and food we received with our server Megan. The next visit was for dinner and left us with a bad taste for the place but after the third visit and really friendly service I am able to give a strong 4 stars. Lunch is the best deal. Try the pizza and salad, it is phenomenal. You get a salad and half of a pizza for 8.99. You'll be impressed! ~Wendy

The burger was supposed to be plain and the hot honey chicken was....dry and plain and a waste of money. Another place I can check off the list. Been a year since we came here because of bad food and wrong orders..and I see nothing has changed. Sadface. ~Emily

I’m actually impressed by how little pride the employees have in their work. I know not even being able to meet basic standards as a Taco Bell employee is probably a hard pull to swallow. However, robbing people out of money after charging them for extra meat and giving them this (not even chopped properly) so not only can’t you read a screen but you can’t memorize a tactic that requires 3 motions! Just start fresh with new management and new employees! To end on a positive note having eaten at Taco Bell before my standards were low and yet y’all still managed to disappoint. I’m not even mad I’m impressed y’all can do this and still have jobs I wish it worked like that everywhere else! ~Justin

1/2 a star. This Taco Bell use to be great. They are very sorry now. Order took 5 mins for her to get a clear understanding of what I wanted. Got a sprite soda with something black floating on top. The lady in the drive-through nails were long. And she put her fingers in a cup. A few tacos had no meat but the others did. This was the last time they get my business. ~Kimberly

Worst Taco Bell. First thing was we were told that we couldn't order at the counter, we had to use the kiosk. After ordering we got our condiments, napkins, etc. and sat at a table while we waited for our order. Then another employee told us that we couldn't dine-in....take out only. No signs saying take out only and the first employee said nothing us when we placed our order. So we finally get our order at the counter, but didn't get our drinks. When I asked if we could get our drink cups another employee told me that they were too busy and I would have to wait to get the cups. To top it off the food was nasty. So we are forced to eat outside because the dining room was closed, but there were no trash cans outside where we could throw our trash, so yep, I put our family's trash in their cigarette butt can outside right by the door. Stay away from this place. Taco Bell should be ashamed and embarrassed to have this location. ~Dave
