Service took longer than expected but what got me was that the staff didn't inform me that the drink machine was down even though I already paid for the drink. Options was only sweet tea or water....

I ordered some quesadillas and when I got home I noticed my quesadillas wasn't cut I called and no pick up at 2am also they forgot my sourcream had to go back for that

The guy at the window deserves a raise as of 1205pm 6 September Tuesday 2022 I was in a rush and the line was mad long all the way to the street almost I was saying my order kind of fast and the other person was kind of struggling then he immediately took over I saw the screen fill out correctly everything came out correctly at the window thought I was at chic fil a for a sec and I had napkins already in my bag (these days you usually have to ask for napkins) them napkins a big deal to me I'm a messy eater at times but I aint even have to ask that whole experience made my day and it has a been a day

I asked for 2 Supreme crunchy tacos, neither of which were Supreme (lacking tomato, and sour cream). also an inconvenience, they never give me sauce packets.

Worst Taco Bell. First thing was we were told that we couldn't order at the counter, we had to use the kiosk. After ordering we got our condiments, napkins, etc. and sat at a table while we waited for our order. Then another employee told us that we couldn't dine-in....take out only. No signs saying take out only and the first employee said nothing us when we placed our order. So we finally get our order at the counter, but didn't get our drinks. When I asked if we could get our drink cups another employee told me that they were too busy and I would have to wait to get the cups. To top it off the food was nasty. So we are forced to eat outside because the dining room was closed, but there were no trash cans outside where we could throw our trash, so yep, I put our family's trash in their cigarette butt can outside right by the door. Stay away from this place. Taco Bell should be ashamed and embarrassed to have this location.

How is it that this place never has their dining room open. I work construction and use the mobile app to make my very limited lunch be a little quicker avd smoother. Now I'm stuck in line out to the road and my whole lunch is going to be tied up just in line waiting for food. I can't even wash my hands before I eat which is the primary purpose of me ordering it in store.

Slow service. Was in line for about 25 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. They ran out of rice for my order. However the cashier in the window was super pleasant and nice.

Constantly forgetting to give me items I ordered in the drive thru. I don’t notice till I’m already back home and by then it’s not worth the drive back. Literally just stealing my money.
