But upon meeting Ms Breanna in this store she has been a joy to have came in contact with. She took the tine to set my phone. She knows her job and is awesome with customers. When I ported over the rudeness I dealt with was unreal. Then was sold a defective product and tried to return it and got the worst attitude ever. Didn't even get the original promotion phone deal. Would not recommend ever especially the store

I went into this location today 10/03/19 around 1:30pm. I just wanted to say that the young lady in there was very accommodating and helpful. My normal store in spring lake just dismissed my concern when I went in with problems with my new phone.

Worst store in Fayetteville!! Lady set me up with the wrong phone at first, then I wanted to just stay with my old phone and she said I couldn't... I would not recommend Boost Mobile to anyone!!! Pay more for better customer service!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS & DO NOT OPEN TILL 10! I was trying to buy a new phone, and the were the only place in town with the phone so I had to go to this store which happens to be across town, so when they didn't answer any of my phone calls on the weekend it became very agitated. They don't have their hours online or days they're open so when I was calling and calling and showing up at the store I did not know they were closed on weekends. So I would be nice if people knew their hours & days. BUT once I finally got them on the phone they were very friendly and polite
