Went for a service for my truck today and had the best experience I could have asked for. There a small shop yet more professional than other Ryder places I've been.they are extremely thorough and will do whatever they have to do to make sure your safe. Thank you for all your professionalism and curtiouse. I definitely would recommend them for all your needs on your Ryder equipment and I'll definitely be using them again anytime I'm in there area.

Not our first time renting from here, disappointed to say the least. Called ahead and had a truck ready to pick up, ended up waiting over 45 minutes outside for them to finalize paperwork and copy some information to take the truck. DO NOT RECOMMEND Photos down below for the condition of the vehicle we received.

Even though they were busy these guys got right down to business diagnosing my truck's issue. Super nice people. The lot was easy to maneuver, clean. Even took the time to wash my engine after they were done. Very nice Ryder shop.

This place is above every other ryder that me and my husband have been at. We're OTR truck drivers. Their staff Jeremy , Shane , and Robbie have awesome customer service,great ppl skills, and over all know what the customer expect. Me and my husband love coming here to yakima ryder for any problems with our rig. Everyone I call them to fix it it gets done no if ands or buts about it.. Thank you guys your greatly appreciated 🙏😊

I had tweaked my fifth wheel a little bit and had to get to Ryder to get it fixed. This was on a Saturday and they had one of their mechanics meet me at the shop because they were closed.. well as you can imagine he was a little grumpy. But I'd probably feel the same way too. Lol. The mechanic's name was Jeremy. He got to work right away on my problem fixed it up like it was brand new.. and he ended up being a real cool guy I will recommend this place to everyone I know. They are quick efficient and professional.. once again thank you Ryder.... Big happy..
