Came in this morning looking for a uhaul truck.Nicholas in the front desk was very helpful great attitude and explained everything carefully.Great example of perfect customer service.Lila was great as well took the time to make sure the truck was clean she was very polite.

We been a customer for a couple of months now and they're real quick to put a lock on your storage unit if you're a couple days late. There's also a heavy set guy, who's kind of like the assistant to the assistance assistant or something like that, anyway he's extremely rude very rude. I've had The uncanny pleasure ofl having to talk to this guy and believe me takes all the fun out of life. But it's a nice building. A little above avg. Price wise 4+8 80. 105 with late fee.

Very unsatisfied with our first experience at this location. The heavy set man at the front desk was extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to. For him being the first person people talk to when they come in, he has no customer service skills.

Reserved a trailer and after a 1150 mile drive to pick it up found out they rented it to someone else. The place they told me had one diddnt answer the phone. idiots.

They had hitch receiver i needed, no damage & all hardware included. Advice from installer was helpful, i installed it in 30mins. No jack or extra hands, just a lil dirty. Appreciate there business

Uhaul is a joke and a Rip off for people now. My husband and I used them to move from Bonnie Lake to Yakima a couple of years ago. I prepaid all of it including a storage unit when we picked up the truck in Bonnie Lake. When we got to talk ma and wanted the storage unit to store our things I Yakima charged us all over again. Yesterday my son went in to rent a truck, without me knowing and these idiots charged him 250.09 dollars a third time nowtheglovez come off. I will be contacting my attorney Monday to sue them. I've been told by others here in Yakima that they have experienced the same underhanded sham by uhaul Better business bureau is my next stop.

After a certain misunderstanding (at another u-haul) as to where our trailer was supposed to be dropped off, Lindsay was very professional about fixing our issue and getting us back on the road. Saving here company some very valuable customers. Way to go Lindsay and thank you so very much!

Beware when you drop off at this location. The people there will tug and pull at your wiring and lecture that they know your vehicle better than you do. After dropping off a U-Haul trailer and being lectured I found my blinker light not working. The attendants tugging pulled the wiring free from the bulb! Talk about a pack of respect for my property. Choose any other location for you drop off if you respect your vehicle or your time.
