Best van rental agency in Yakima, Washington (WA) 2024

Horrible service! Even though me and my family have rented alot for years and one recently a few weeks ago. So I was surprised that though I wanted to use my debit card (same as cold hard cash and have use it 3 time renting) they said no (or the lady there at the time), and wanted a major credit card. Even though we call ahead of time and reserved a car like any other day and got a call back its ready, they just say nope we want credit not debit money. So now instead of 200$+ renting a car to drive 2hr I have to wait 3 days for a bus there spending 37$. ~Yukora

We been a customer for a couple of months now and they're real quick to put a lock on your storage unit if you're a couple days late. There's also a heavy set guy, who's kind of like the assistant to the assistance assistant or something like that, anyway he's extremely rude very rude. I've had The uncanny pleasure ofl having to talk to this guy and believe me takes all the fun out of life. But it's a nice building. A little above avg. Price wise 4+8 80. 105 with late fee. ~Karl

Don't rent trucks here!!!! Beware. First man told us he would have a 2500 truck for us to rent. Came in the morning to find out it's only 1500. So they upgraded for 100$ more for uhual moving truck. We told them we needed to tow a camper. The uhaul would not connect to our tow hitch. So we returned truck immediately and they still charged us 80$ after only having it an hour and putting 40$ of gas in it. They would not do anything to make things right for us. It was Miguel helping. He was not helpful. ~Stephanie
