Below one if I could. Made a one week confirmed car reservation online. Put my truck in the shop. When we got to Enterprise they told us they had no cars for us. When we asked if they were going to have a car today they said no. When we explained we had no way to get around and our reservation was confirmed...She used the F word to tell us to leave. Then she called the police. Trying to figure a way for transportation when the police showed up. Courtesy of the City of Yakima the police officer gave us a ride to the store, saving us the cost of one Uber ride. She told the officer to tell us that Enterprise would charge us with criminal treaspass if we ever return. Rest assured we will not!!

Horrible service! Even though me and my family have rented alot for years and one recently a few weeks ago. So I was surprised that though I wanted to use my debit card (same as cold hard cash and have use it 3 time renting) they said no (or the lady there at the time), and wanted a major credit card. Even though we call ahead of time and reserved a car like any other day and got a call back its ready, they just say nope we want credit not debit money. So now instead of 200$+ renting a car to drive 2hr I have to wait 3 days for a bus there spending 37$.

Horrible customer service. They made a reservation for me when they had NO cars available. Spoke to an “Elizabeth” on the phone and she had horrible customer service and was extremely rude. They need to reevaluate their employees. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Had a little trouble renting a full size truck but Enterprise came thru and delivered. Set me up with a short bed initially then changed me over to a full size 1 ton to pick up my load and drive back to my final destination. Thank you to the Yakima Enterprise staff for all their efforts to satisfy my needs.

Team was extremely understanding about being stuck on the other side of the pass. Called up and got an extension immediately. Turn in is alway a breeze and receipt sent immediately to my email early next day. Become an enterprise member for subtle perks.

Loved the attention to detail and the friendliness and customer service. Also, once the staff realized we were in town and working for a local business, we were offered a rate that the business had worked out with Enterprise. This saved me over $500 (two cars) over two weeks.

They pick me up at the car dealership They were all nice to me and respectable When I told them that I could not use the car but I can't get in and out of a vehicle like that they put me in the SUV which made things easier on me thank you I appreciate them letting me use the car very nice GMC SUV the car was wash and clean black SUV thank you for letting me use the SUV again it was nice car 😊 Awesome 😎 place

This place is always so helpful. Really great team worKing here. Not sure who does the training, but the staff always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Any issues I've ever had, are always resolved. I feel valued when I rent from this particular location. Brett, the branch manager, as well as Eddie and the rest of the team really do a great job taking care of you. I would not hesitate to make this the only place I rent from in Yakima. THANK YOU ALL!

I've rented dozens of cars here, they've always treated me very well, and I've been upgraded many times without asking. I've rented a lot of cars in my lifetime and always choose Enterprise. Only complaint is I wish they were a little bit more staffed sometimes, it can take quite a while to get checked in and out the door, but overall I recommend it.
