The staff was really nice and friendly kayla was the one who did my hair... im sure they can do a good job, but i wouldnt go their again, i showed her a picture of what i wanted and she had me pick out colors and i told her to make it look like the picture, my hair was already orange from me trying to dye it so thats why i went to get it fixed but all she did was highlights so the orange was still their i wasnt happy but didnt want to pay more money for one just the highlights took 3 hrs and cost $165. I feel that i over payed for the results i got.

I love my hair, but she cut my hair two inches shorter than I wanted,and I told her exactly where I wanted my hair I told her cut it collar length, her reply was when it relaxed it will be collar length,NO it was not. I will not go back,I always go to Ulta Beauty, but they werecall booked up till mid Feb.so I went to Smart Style.

I would give an absolute zero if I could! My daughter went in as a walk in appointment today 11/09/19 to get her hair dye for senior portraits and has gray roots the same day. After being charged over $106. To my credit card I'm so upset. I will be calling a manager and NEVER GOING BACK! Hair dye job looks horrible

Made an appointment for 7:00, arrive on time and made to wait 40-50 minutes because a friend of the hair stylist came in, as a walk in, and became top priority. Fast forward to after finished haircut which came out lack luster at best. Stylist didn't listen to what I wanted done with my hair at all and actively ignored warnings that I gave about my hair, such as the fact that ain't have a really bad crown if there isn't enough weight on it. Not the only time that they've let me down but certainly the last. No plans on going back.

I had shoulder length hair, maybe a tad bit longer. I went in to see if I could get a long a line Bob. They said they we have to charge you extra, so I agreed. The lady who cut my hair was polite, but I think she miss understood how I explained what I wanted. A few days after I got it cut, I started to realize that I had suuupppeerr short layers, which is exactly what I did not want. I called to talk to the manager and she was completely rude. I won't go to much into detail but tried to say my bad cut was my fault. They gave me my money back, the lady that helped me was really nice, and also understood my disliking of the cut once she seen it in person. I had to go get my hair cut pretty much to a pixie cut, due to how short those unexplainable layers where. I am absolutely upset that I even took those chances to walk into that salon. Because now all my beautiful hair is gone, and all because I walked into smart style! :(
