Terrible customer service from a young lady at the cash register. I told her I really needed to pee and that I was 6 months pregnant and asked if I could use the restroom and she looked at me and told me that I'm fine and I can go to a different store that has public bathrooms because they can't due to covid. The hell I'm fine? After being denied 4 times for a bathroom because of covid when no one is wearing a mask are you serious... worst customer serive

This Goodwill outlet turned our donation away. Had some very very nice things. Was told they had no more room to take anything more. With all the people and families in Yakima that need housing and related items, for this place to be so full, they must not be doing their job. It doesn't appear they are getting the donations out to those that need it. A warehouse busting at the seams. Did bump into a lady in the parking lot that was overwhelmed to have the things we had. Hauled the stuff to her house. She was delighted.

Was very nicely organized but some prices were not good meaning highly priced. I mean isn't it supposed to be cheaper priced an affordable for the public. I don't understand how they price items as if it's a regular shopping center with high prices. Not living up to the name "Goodwill" what's so good there? Too pricey! Lower those prices please!

Prices are a bit high. Must bring your own bag. No dressing rooms and bathrooms are still closed.

Tons of quality used items and o noticed a nice collection of vintage glass as well. Happy hunting. But for me it was the clothes I found,!

This is the first time in months that I've gone to my local Goodwill usually I just go to the rummage Goodwill but this time I went and it was okay spent $15 on all of this including two bags of Skittles.

We came on a couple of occasions to drop off donations during hours that are posted as open. Both times no attendant came out to help us. I called the second time and the employee that answered was rude. She said they were full and not receiving donations. I tried to tell her this was the second time I wasn’t helped and she cut me off to again say they were full. I tried to tell her that if they are not receiving donations they need to post that so that people don’t sit outside waiting. She clearly didn’t want to hear me and wanted off the phone. Very unprofessional.

Convenient store with fairly good selection af merchandise. Friendly staff. I like browsing through their books and keeping a look out for fishing rods reels and other tackle. Also looking for a 7 iron thats the right length. I might actually find one at this store. Have also purchases some pieces of decent furniture on occasion.

Was not impressed with my visit. The organization was very messy, customer service very rude, and workers did not seem liked they wanted to help you. Was talked to very rude, and didn't get help when needed. I would not recommend this location to shop at. Prices were way over priced, and very low quality of items being sold. This spot gets a thumbs down for me. My recommendation is to screen the works more thoroughly, and make it a must for each associate to be friendly not rude.
