The manager here is amazing extremely friendly and patient. I originally had a reservation for public storage next to them and I went to the wrong place. I had the pleasure of working with Luis. He took the time to go over his rates and the competitors, just because his customers service I ended up renting a unit with him instead. Outstanding customer service the property is secure and clean would highly recommend this property if in need of storage!

Went in to pay for my reserved unit and begin move in. Now the day before I called to confirm and the man on staff the day before was slightly above the less than helpful over the phone. Should have been a red flag....but the next day I went down to pay for my unit and move in. Thanks to Pam and her “if I must have to deal with you” attitude and deliberate actions to be difficult... I promptly took my business elsewhere. I’ve never gone into a place and had such a difficult time trying to give a business my money. When someone comes in to fill out paperwork and pay for 3-6 months in full in advance... it means they want the unit. And as I said. I want the unit now. When I actually move my things in is irrelevant when I say I WANT THE UNIT TODAY and I am here to pay. Today as in right now. no one needs this attitude. There are plenty of other facilities to use. If I was such a burden attempting to rent a unit....one can only imagine how they will treat a customer if there was a real problem.

This is a good storage place. All thou I don't think they are heated but that's ok I can deal with that. They supply the cart that's wonderful, mostly when u don't have enough hands with ya.

We got a truck that was barely street worthy to drive cross country. The guy that helped us was very nice. He alone saved them from a 1 star.
