Couldn’t get to my doctor (closed on the weekend) so I went to MonderMD in Bushwick Brooklyn. I’ve used them in the past and always worked out. Doctors are good very modern facility and they’ll get the Rx to your pharmacy, I had no issues and I’m on the mend.

The intake admin was helpful and friendly, the person who took my vitals let me know they were an intern and so didn't have the answer to a question I had, let me know I could ask the attending. The attending eased my anxiety and found pedialyte for me, as I tend to get light headed after receiving a shot. Happy I walked in when I did, and appreciate the care ✨

Absolutely do not come here, the doctors do not check you properly, my mom came here with a swollen finger with an infection on the inside, the doctor didn’t examine it and gave her CREAM FOR THE OUTSIDE OF IT. When she finally went to the emergency room the REAL doctor was absolutely livid about the incompetence of this urgent care doctor and said because they didn’t check her right the infection could’ve gone to her bone!!! This doctor should be fired and their license (if she was able to even get one) should be taken.

I’ve been here a few times and I always have a great visit. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for anything. Everyone is sweet and helpful. And the facilities are really clean and nice. I’m thankful such a wonderful place is in my neighborhood!!

I went to the office with an injured foot. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and received assistance. Once in the exam area, the staff was friendly and very helpful and caring. Got X-rays done. The X-ray tech helped me on and off the exam table and gently took all X-rays. While waiting for results the doctor explain to me what was being done. I was in and out within an hour with my diagnosis, my results, treatment plan and a huge smile. Thank you all..

RUDE RECEPTIONIST! I believe her name is Wildorine. She does not know how to articulate herself and she is extremely rude. If you’re in healthcare for the money only then you’re in it for the wrong reasons. Patients come in to seek care and as the receptionist you’re the first and last person the patient encounters. You should be polite and assist the patient as best you can. Not say, “I don’t have time for this,” and speak to the patients with an attitude. This is YOUR JOB! You should have time for YOUR JOB! If you have a personal problem going on in your life leave it at the door. Respect goes both ways. This office needs to reevaluate who they hire because the providers may be helpful, but the receptionist is giving them a bad rep.

I have had amazing experiences at this City MD and I often leave pleasantly surprised by the speed and ease of my visit. The staff is warm and welcoming and there is often little to no wait time. They are not always available for all services, so if you have a major emergency I would go to the ER or another location, but for less serious injuries or illnesses this place is perfect. I’m very grateful that this place is in my neighborhood and there for me when I need them.

I've been getting covid test somewhat regularly on this ModernMD for the last couple of months. The medial staff is pretty nice and usually the service is okay. However, I just had a pretty terrible customer service experience. I received really terrible customer service. After 5 days, I've called 3 times to get a test result. They said they would call me back. No one did, nor did anyone follow up or troubleshoot. After a few calls, ModernMD staff told me to call the lab. This is clearly THEIR job, not mine. The lab told me they have the results. ModernMD didn't follow up, even after I contacted the lab on their behalf. TERRIBLE experience. To add insult to injury, after I rated them poorly on an internal survey (giving them the chance to fix things before posting anything online), the branch called me to gaslight me and tell me how I was wrong. They didn't even let me finish ONE sentence. Note that every time I call I have to explain the situation over again so clearly there's no follow-up or internal coordination. Terrible experience.

Went for PCR testing for my daughter and myself. The staff was patient, helpful and kind. The wait was short and the nurse doing the test was really good with my daughter who’s 7 and was a little scared. Good experience.
